Special Containment Procedures: Since SCP-4XXX has the ability to enter other devices, all devices holding digital images displaying SCP-4XXX are to be confiscated, and placed into Storage Unit-84 at Site-45. Each week, new photos are to be placed in SCP-4XXX's containment area to avoid SCP-4XXX's departure. Any personnel wishing to access SCP-4XXX must receive written approval from Site Director Dr. Hydrick.
Personnel assigned to SCP-4XXX are required to place every electronic device that is capable of taking pictures or videos, into a box located outside of SCP-4XXX's containment cell to avoid the further manifestation of SCP-4XXX.
Description: SCP-4XXX is an entity that appears in specific photographs of a person or persons having a good moment, all tests on this have shown to be true. SCP-4XXX will appear in either the foreground, or background of the photos. SCP-4XXX is shown to be an entirely black entity with visible human eyes. SCP-4XXX is shown to materialize in a photo approximately four hours after it is taken. SCP-4XXX was not shown to materialize in photos of a bad situation, which was also tested and shown to be true. SCP-4XXX appears to be sentient, but does not make any sorts of movements in the photos, as if it were actually there at the same time the photo was taken. SCP-4XXX appeared to manifest in photos as old as 1936 to as new as 2019. Below are a list of devices that contain instances of SCP-4XXX.
Tests have shown that when SCP-4XXX appears in a photo, it does not have any harmful effects on the people that view the photos. Many different pictures were taken of bad and good events over the course of three weeks, these photos were taken to see what images SCP-4XXX thinks are qualified as bad and good.

Addendum 4XXX.001: A noticeable change in SCP-4XXX's behavior has been noticed by personnel assigned to it. The man in image nine was located, and questioned about any spontaneous changes in his life/behavior.
