Description: SCP-5092 is a phenomena occuring to SCP item documents. The phenomena occurs randomly, so pin-pointing when SCP-5092 will occur is impossible to determine. If an SCP document is affected with SCP-5092, it must be reported to head researcher, Dr. ██████ █████.
The phenomena appears to only affect the designations, SCP-███ through SCP-████. Below is a list of affected documents.
Document Affected: SCP-939
Changes: Containment procedures replaced with directions on how to breach the SCPs
containment.
Document Affected: SCP-3325
Changes: Description and addendum logs replaced with a recipe for peanut butter pie. Video
logs also replaced with a small log of text that read "You can't keep us here forever."
Document Affected: SCP-1263
Changes: The containment procedures, and description was changed to what appeared to be a > scribbled drawing a man holding a pen to a stack of papers.

SCP-5092 shows some form of sapience, and is aware of its surroundings. Research into why is still ongoing.
Addendum 5092-1: A message, seemingly from SCP-5092 has been shown written on one of the walls in the humanoid containment wing at Site-50. The note read "What you are doing is inhumane. And it needs to stop immediately". Later that day, a containment breach occured in the humanoid wing, and the following message was found in the same area as the first message, "You had it coming to you."
It is unknown if SCP-5091 caused the containment breach, but reclassification to Keter is ongoing.
