Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures:
Description: SCP-XXXX is a grey, straight piece of CPVC pipe 1 inch in diameter and 5 inches long. A large portion of the outer and inner surfaces of SCP-XXXX are covered in spots of dirt and the outer surface of XXXX has a straight black line drawn top to bottom, suggesting that SCP-XXXX was presumably once in a workshop environment. The top and bottom surfaces of SCP-XXXX are very rough, also suggesting that SCP-XXXX was most likely cut off from a bigger length of CPVC pipe. The rest of SCP-XXXX, though, is smooth to the touch despite the dirt all along it.
Even though SCP-XXXX appears as a normal piece of CPVC pipe, it harbors an ability to change the properties of certain liquids based on the user's emotion or feeling upon pouring liquid through the it. As of 6/19/20 6/26/20 7/3/20, ongoing testing with 5 10 15 different liquids has revealed the pipe to only affect 2 3 4 of the tested liquids. Of the 5 10 15 tested liquids, the 2 3 4 that the pipe affected were tap water, and distilled water, and apple juice, and lukewarm Sprite.
Out of the currently-known affected liquids, tap water and distiled water are by far the most affected by SCP-XXXX. Any other liquids SCP-XXXX can change are unknown until further testing is conducted.
TESTING FOR SCP-XXXX IS TO BE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY AS OF 7/4/20 DUE TO THE RECENT DEATHS OF MULTIPLE D-CLASS WHOSE LAST TESTS WERE SCP-XXXX ON 6/19/20 AND 6/26/20. THESE UNEXPLAINED DEATHS ARE THOUGHT TO BE LINKED WITH SCP-XXXX.
Test Reports:
A variety of methods such as but not limited to showing videos during testing and pre-test activities (i.e. not letting subjects █████, ███, or █████ for a night or two before testing) were used to tailor the emotions and feelings subjects had during testing.
