When placed on the neck of a human, the human will begin to burn in areas near SCP-[REDACTED]-1. After approximately 5 seconds after placing SCP-[REDACTED]-1 on, the user will ██████ at a highly advanced rate, usually taking 3 to 5 seconds to fully ██████. The wearer during this time will report an unknown being approaching the wearer before it will touch the wearer in the general location of the heart before complete ██████.
