SCP-3657 - "Electro"

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3657 is to be kept in a 3m x 3m x 3m cell with food deliveries being made via robotic assistant, for it's agitation levels had increased over the period of it's mutations.

SCP-3657's cell has been reinforced with an unidentified alloy to kill arcs should they spark and attempt to channel into the alloy, the room is now monitored 24/7 as 4 MTF Tau-16 members are to keep close observation and check any supplements coming into SCP-3657's cell before confiscating or allowing entry into it's cell.
Previous containment procedures are still active with the increased security in mind.

Description: SCP-3657 is an unknown type of animal, seemingly some sort of draconic humanoid, parasite making up the lower half of the body while the top half is of a currently unknown draconic-xeno humanoid, making up the total height of 7' 4" (225cm/2.25m), with the lower parasitic body being 2' 4" (73cm/0.73m) and the upper body being 5' 0" (152cm/1.52m), walking on all 8 of it's 6 (3 pairs of 2) arms and 2 legs, rarely traversing in a bipedal fashion, only using the bipedal stance for intimidation unless bipedal traversal is required. Features include 3 skulls similar to that of a cow Wendigo-like skull while the actual head is below it, completely white body apart from underbelly and the ends of the spikes that litter the entire backside of SCP-3657, as well as the entirety of the curled ram horns on it's heads, which, along with the spikes, can electrify when it is agitated. These appear to have come around due to rapid mutations, along with other features produced by such an effect. It despises any type of bright light, such as fluorescent or strobe lights, so it is advised that dim lights be used when it is in a certain location. It also has a fondness to attacking and devouring animals larger than a human unless it is attacked by such. Caution is advised when picking SCP-3657 up via the underside as it panics and attempts to get out of the arms of any researcher that picks it up, or will become agitated and try to attack.

It's eyes resemble that of millions of tiny LEDs within a glassy, black eye. These will change colour depending on mood (see Addendum A-15 for details.) and must be replaced annually. Should an eye break and begin leaking a black, viscous fluid, SCP-3657 is to be sedated and careful maintenance and replacement of the eye is to be achieved without harming SCP-3657.

SCP-3657 can also spit an acidic-venomous compound at threats it deems dangerous, along with having it's normal saliva. Victims hit by the compound are paralyzed due to neurotoxins as the acid slowly burns away their armour and/or skin, leaving SCP-3657 to freely bite down on the jugular or other vital organs to finish the creature off. This is most common against bears, deer, and even armoured personnel for it had managed to burn straight through both AR500 Steel and Kevlar. MTF Tau-16 ("Chimeras") and Agent Callaway, wearing developed armour capable of withstanding the acidic corrosion effects of it's spit, have been tasked with guarding SCP-3657 and recontaining it should it breach containment, using non-lethal means, as they are armed with tranquilizer rifles for such a task.

SCP-3657 was found on ██/██/20██ in Dublin, Ireland when Agent Palakan came across it attacking and devouring a bear that had [DATA EXPUNGED] prior to the search of Dr. ████'s dissapearance. After interrogation of Dr. ████, it has been noted that he himself created SCP-3657 and has been placed into confinement for further interrogations. SCP-3657 itself was unphased by the events and was calmly placed into a kennel, where it resides to this day when it is not patrolling Site-██ and/or being experimented upon to reveal further abilities that SCP-3657 has, however was moved to a secure cell after mutations had caused SCP-3657 to grow agitated and violent toward personnel on certain seasons or periods of time.

It also has been noted that the body that it inhabits begins to decay over the span of a decade; after 5 years, the body begins showing notable signs of decay and falling apart slowly, after 10 years the body is no longer in functional condition and is to be entirely removed surgically from the parasite, replaced with a similar upper half or an exact replica that it will assimilate and turn into it's own, fully functional top half. The vocal chords also seem to break down slowly, growing more and more decayed annually. Vocalisations and fluent English and/or Irish Gaelic begin breaking down into broken, difficult speech, growing more illegible and disjointed until ending up as mere gibberish, before the vocal chords cease function and leaves SCP-3657 entirely mute. Distress has been noted to be shown as the vocal chords rot, growing in intensity as the decaying process continues, eventually showing extreme anxiety when losing the ability to speak entirely. Vocal chords are to be replaced when required, as the replacement of the upper body will not require the previous body's chords to be repaired.

Noted eye colours and what they mean:

White - Calm

Red - Agitated

Yellow - Confused

Pink - Aroused

Black/No eyes seen - Asleep

Rainbow - Dizzy

Brown - Drunk (Please don't allow SCP-3657 to drink alcohol.)

Grey - Near death state (note: if this eye colour is seen, IMMEDIATELY take SCP-3657 to the Medical Ward for treatment)

Flashing grey: Dead (if this is seen, IMMEDIATELY use the nearest defribillator to resuscitate SCP-3657)

Flashing Red: Immense Pain (note: SCP-500 and SCP-500-1 has been known to cure this effect each time)

Flashing white: Unconsious

Green: Friendliness (note: this is the second most seen eye colour, the first being White)

Cyan: Bored

Light Pink: Surprised

Light Blue: Anxious

Bright Yellow: [DATA EXPUNGED]

Sea Green: Severely diseased

This is a log taken originally by Dr. ████ during his tests with SCP-3657 under the Foundation after clearance was given. Note the unusual usage of female pronouns toward SCP-3657.

Object: A fully grown Grizzly bear
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657 mercilessly devoured the bear after spraying it with some kind of blue acid.
Note: Interesting… SCP-3657 seems to adapt to different situations. -Dr. ████

Object: A wolf cub
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657's eyes turned yellow as she slowly approached the cub, lifted it up by the neck carefully, and moving it to a warm spot in the chamber, slowly stroking it's head.
Notes: I'm not surprised. Why would SCP-3657 kill a cub? -Dr. ████

Object: D-5674, armed with nothing
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657 did not attack D-5674 as expected, as he sat down next to SCP-3657 and stroked her middle neck. SCP-3657 seemed to relax from this gesture and D-5674 was removed from the cell soon after.
Notes: As expected, no vicious contact with D-5674. -Dr. ████

Object: D-4459, armed with a pistol
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: As ordered, D-4459 shot SCP-3657 in the middle head, the round bouncing off and killing D-4459. SCP-3657 soon devoured the corpse of D-4459, leaving no trace of him to be found.
Notes: Well that was quick. It seems SCP-3657 has some kind of bulletproof skull which deflects projectiles. I don't ever remember giving her that ability. -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-294 cup filled with magma
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657 drank from the cup without any side effects, it is unknown to how she survived, but judging by her pleased reaction, it seems it may be shared amongst whatever species she inhabits the upper half of; an inherent mutation.
Notes: I don't know why the hell you'd feed her magma but it does show SCP-3657 is impervious to magma. -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-914 on Rough/Coarse
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: Test was aborted before it could commence and the scientist in charge of the proposal has been demoted to D-Class for endangerment of an SCP.
Notes: Do you have a grudge against her or something?! We don't shove her into 914 on Rough OR Coarse! -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-914 on 1:1
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657 was placed into SCP-914 after being coaxed into 914. When the process was done, SCP-3657 exited the Output booth and immediately vomited a blue, acidic liquid onto the floor. The acid was neutralised shortly after and was tested, with futile results.
Notes: What did you expect from that? -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-914 on Fine/Very Fine
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-3657 exited 914, seemingly fine at first, though it had been noted that SCP-3657 seemed to take on a younger appearance, the upper half of the body's decay having been reversed to a pristine state, of which SCP-3657 showed great exuberance at upon being told what happened.
Notes: Interesting… it seemed to reverse her upper body's decay back to pristine condition. Perhaps this could be a method of keeping her current body from rotting? -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-513
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-513 was rung in the room where SCP-3657 was contained. After 513-1 showed up in SCP-3657's face, she freaked out and jumped back into the wall. this continued all the way until day 30, when she fell dead due to sleep deprivation. after being revived, SCP-3657 remembered nothing about the event or 513-1.
Notes: Huh. So 513 keeps SCP-3657 awake? like SCP-966? Interesting. -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-39XX
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: SCP-39XX was cut open and the black, mucous substance poured into SCP-3657's mouth. after the substance was ingested, SCP-3657 broke into a frenzied state and devoured the D-class messily. afterward, SCP-3657 vomited a black substance that had a viscosity of water but looked like gel and promptly collapsed. SCP-3657 was immediately rushed to the Medical Ward and had the contents of SCP-39XX removed.
Notes: THAT WAS [EXPLETIVE] [EXPLETIVE]! YOU COULD OF [EXPLETIVE] KILLED HER! -Dr. ████
Further Notes: The scientist was demoted to D-class after endangering the life of an SCP by O5 orders. Dr. ████ was forcefully sedated after assaulting several Foundation researchers over what seemed to be a side effect.

Object: Medical Duck
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: After the Medical Duck was introduced to SCP-3657, who was missing an eye due to a previous test with SCP-173, the duck seemed to jam a new eyebulb into SCP-3657's eye after removing the original, making her scream out in pain but soon stopped after the eye was inserted. SCP-3657, stunned, stared at the duck until it was removed from the chamber.
Notes: So the duck can fix SCP-3657's eyes? We need to find out more. -Dr. ████

Object: SCP-939
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: Once SCP-3657 was placed into a containment chamber containing one SCP-939 specimen, SCP-3657's eyes changed to a void black and vanished. SCP-939 shortly exploded afterwards as a containment breach was alerted. SCP-3657 was captured and sedated, then placed back into her cell.
Notes: This test has been noted as Incident-3657-A, all attempts to further test SCP-939 with SCP-3657 will be denied. more information on this incident will be below this experiment log. -Dr. ████

Object: Agent Callaway, an MTF operative under Tau-16 ("Chimeras")
Date: ██/██/20██
Outcome: Agent Callaway was tasked with watching SCP-3657 in Site-██, both starting to get to know eachother after the test lasted a few months but was suddenly discontinued after a freak Chaos Insurgency raid had occurred, killing ███ personnel and gravely injuring SCP-3657. Agent Callaway with the help of MTF Tau-16 ("Chimeras") wheeled SCP-3657 while also injured out of Site-██ to recover in Site-61, a few years after - after Site-██ was rebuilt and fortified - Agent Callaway was given the offer to be assigned to SCP-3657 after seeing his bravery with saving her from the raid which he decided to take. Agent Callaway now works with SCP-3657 as her caretaker of sorts while off-duty.
Notes: It was… weird, seeing him and her so close together, I'm lucky I even survived the incident. Let alone got to see and write all this down… -Dr. ████
Further notes: This experiment log entry was recorded before Dr. ████ came into Foundation custody, and was included with the rest as information to where it came from is currently pending.

Shortly after SCP-939 was introduced to SCP-3657, SCP-3657's eyes lost all colour except for small dots floating around in the dark spaces that now occupied SCP-3657's eyes. It shortly disappeared and, after a small delay, SCP-939 exploded, destroying the reinforced iron door and allowing SCP-3657 to escape. A containment breach was sounded and all agents rushed to the source of the breach, SCP-3657. It was successfully pinned down and sedated, after messily devouring 6 researchers and 4 agents. SCP-3657 was placed back into it's cell and locked there for the rest of the day. All tests with SCP-939 and SCP-3657 have been banned and anyone proposing one will be terminated without warning.


An as of currently unidentified Researcher had went against the word of SCP-3657's document detailing to not give SCP-3657 access to alcoholic beverages and had spiked it's daily water supply with some kind of unidentified alcoholic substance, leading into SCP-3657 drunkenly storming around it's cell, incoherently screaming in a melancholic array of emotions that had caused it's electrical output on the back spikes to reach fatal levels, arcing all over the walls and the door. It took the incident 4 hours to subside before SCP-3657 passed out, as ██ personnel were harmed and █ personnel were killed by the electrical bolts generated by SCP-3657. Once SCP-3657 passed out, the cell was discharged of electricity, it was moved to a temporary cell while the cell was reinforced.

Previous containment procedures have been updated in accordance to this event, tracking of the researcher responsible for this is ongoing.
