Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4605 is contained in the sub-basement of area 14, in a steel cell 600 meters long, 300 meters wide and 500 meters tall. SCP-4605 cell is to be constantly doused in microwave radiation with a wavelength of no less than 12.2 centimeters. If SCP-4605 attempts to damage its cell an obedience shock of 40 MW is to be discharged. If SCP-4605 continues a task force is to be sent equipped with hazmat suits and depleted uranium bullets. Once SCP-4605 is contained, SCP-4605 is to be punished by revoking it's goat rights and belly rubs. All good behavior is to be rewarded with a mountain goat along with its dinner. SCP-4605 is to have its belly rubbed three times a day using the large mechanical crane. SCP-4605 should be feed two times a day.

Description: SCP-4605 is a large reptilian creature measuring 106.68 meters in height while on all fours. SCP-4605 has large fins measuring █████ meters high reaching down to its waist. SCP-4605 body generates an extreme cold of -5 degrees Celsius on average though temperatures have been recorded at ███████ degrees Celsius. During initial containment attempts, it was discovered that SCP-4605 can release a stream of extreme cold from its mouth of ██████ degrees Celsius which it used to freeze retrieval team Alpha 11-V solid killing them. SCP-4605 can detect living things by the heat that they give off. SCP-4605 has powerful heal capabilities able to regenerate quickly regrowing its arm in 6 hours. SCP-4605 has a weakness to microwave radiation, exposure to microwave radiation causes SCP-4605 to become tired. SCP-4605 is sentient but none sapient. SCP-4605 appears to enjoy eating goats above all other foods.

Dr. Skyler: Could you describe the mission?

LC, ████████: Yeah, sure [He takes a deep breath] I was pretty nervous there was at least a hundred of us, a whole bloody army. The others seemed pretty confident, I mean there was so many of us. That's when we saw the target. It was just sitting there in the valley of the mountain like something out of a Godzilla movie or something. As we approached it started shooting out this [pauses] a white fog and it hit the chopper in front of us freezing it solid. We just watched it fall straight out of the sky like a fucking brick

Dr. Skyler: So this is when you learned about its breath weapon. How long did it take for the helicopter to freeze after contact?

LC, ████████: I don't know [Pauses to think] like a second

Dr. Skyler: [Sound of writting] So what happened next

LC, ████████: We opened fire on him, 170 Heckler & Koch XM8 firing. It hardly even noticed shrugging of the 5.56mm rounds like we were shooting fucking rubber bands at it. We didn't start hurting it until the AT riflemen moved up with the AT-4 HEDT launchers. That was our first mistake, the seventeen anti-armor rounds got its attention and it started swiping at us.

Dr. Skyler: According to the report [The sound of papers being shuffled can be heard] only 24 men survived until the armor arrived.

LC, ████████: Yeah, sounds about right

Closing Statement: Conventional munitions are to no longer be used as they are ineffective. Alternative materials must be used.

Addendum: SCP-682 is extremely hostile towards SCP-4605 attempting to kill SCP-4605. SCP-4605 rarely fights back as SCP-682 is to small to injure SCP-4605. SCP-4605 responds by freezing SCP-682 before knocking SCP-682 over shattering it. SCP-682 regenerates without incident. This response is rare as SCP-4605 attempts to befriend SCP-682 by giving him rooms and even sharing it's food. SCP-4605 appears to be afraid of SCP-2014 curling up and covering its head with its claws and winning.
