Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be placed in a glass display case on a small pillow in the center of it. This display case is to be exactly 12 x 12 x 12 in., said case is to be placed on top of a podium exactly 48 inches in height. This structure is to be placed within a containment cell measuring 120 x 120 x 84 in.. No constant observation is required.
SCP-XXXX-2 through SCP-XXXX-9024 are stored in a isolated mass containment and storage chamber, located in Storage Site ██.
As of ██/██/████ SCP-XXXX is under foundation protection, in case of reactivation. The area of and around SCP-XXXX is Provisional Area ██.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a completely autonomous, resource-less (defined by Agent ██████ as
"magic"), manufacturing facility in a uninhabited region of Mojave Desert in ██████, which is located in the Southwestern United States. SCP-XXXX was found on ██/██/████ by Agent ███████ and ███████. SCP-XXXX was found to be manufacturing gold rings, embroidered with a lion and palm tree (of which is currently thought to be of African origin and design). The rings are SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-9024 (note: SCP-XXXX-1258-4000 were observed to be abnormally black, though the effects seemed to stay the same and affected the applicants physical state even if the subject did not require it).
Application of this ring to one's left hand's ring finger has been observed to result in the applicant learning the "truth" about all anomalies, governments, world events, history, and controversy, as well as being able to tell if someone is lying to them, another, or a group of people (see Addendum XXXX-1 through 4 for D-Class experimentation logs). As well as psychological altercation, certain subjects experienced physical changes such as an increase in strength.
As of ██/██/████ SCP-XXXX is rendered inactive and unable to produce said rings (see Addendum XXXX-5).

Addendum SCP-XXXX-1 through 5 - Classified to Clearance Levels Lower than 3

Addendum SCP-XXXX-1 | Initial Experimentation Log, by Dr. ██████
"03/31/████ - D-XXXXX, who of which we placed the ring on, repeated the phrase "It was all a lie." for precisely 11 hours and 6 minutes (this is equivalent to 666 minutes, this is the "number of the Beast" in Christianity, most notable the New Testament). After this, I conducted an interview through glass with D-XXXXX, telling him ten truths and one lie. All of these statements were reasonable, and yet he found the one I was lying about and explained how I was specifically twisting it's reality. Furthermore, he began to explain Agent ██████'s, who was there with me in the room - observing and taking notes for further evaluation, past lies and wrongdoings. During this time it was revealed Agent █████ had been stealing various anomalous items from the SCP Foundation. Upon further investigation, these accusations were confirmed and Agent ██████ was terminated on 04/04/████.

04/27/████ - D-XXXXX, our last test subject, has been terminated by order of the O5 council with the my personal recommendation. Furthermore, we've continued experimentation this time with a female subject rather than a male one. D-XXXXX was chosen, and was placed into testing early this morning. 3 hours of contact with SCP-XXXX-1 drove D-XXXXX to beat her head repeatedly against the wall, and all attempts to halt these actions were met with extremely powerful force. This leads us to believe the ring not only is a source of mental altercation but also that of physical, though it's not evident in all cases."

Addendum SCP-XXXX-2 | D-XXXXX's Security Breach by Agent █████
"05/22/████ - After the experiments conducted on D-XXXXX and D-XXXXX, of which the main variable was SCP-XXXX-1, it had been decided that experiments using SCP-XXXX-1258 would be conducted. With this, D-XXXXX was to be the subject of said experiments and they would span over the course of 3 days, using other D Class personnel if needed. The first day of the experimentation, 05/17/████, showed D-XXXXX undergoing extreme physical altercations - the shifting of muscles and bones in such a way that made him bigger and presumably stronger (due to the added muscle mass). Dr. ██████ and I were the observers of this experiment, and overall it was a success - with various questions being asked and correctly answered - everything was up to standard. We ended the experiment in high hopes, but with doubts. We decided to bring in D-XXXXX to replace D-XXXXX.
