Description: SCP 263-R appears to take the form of a vintage blaupunkt radio with a old cardio microphone right beside it, when turned on the voice of a 1950 announcer can be heard he goes by the name of "Daniel blazer" on a show called "You Want It" when researched there was no man by the name of Daniel Blazer or a radio show by the name of you want it. He would ask what do you want and when a person says they want to know something he will reply with "what do you want to know" when told he will tell you the answer but if a person ask again another question or the same they will begin to cough violently to the point of blood coming out of their mouth they will continue coughing until their vocal cords is completely destroyed beyond healing. If a person ask for something they will be asked you to do a challenge fail that challenge well then you will die in the most gruesome way you can imagine.
