when scp is placed on the head of a living human, hereby named scp#-1, it will become active.
once in active state the person's mind will be repressed and an entity, from now will be known as scp -2 will take over the body of said person.
the scp renders itself attached to the head and skull of the body with a series of hooks, and will not detach itself from the body unless willed by scp#-2 or by measures that will kill the body of scp#-1.
experiment show that sometimes scp#-1 will jerk its limbs,torso , or be unwilling to cooporate with scp#-2's will for 85 minutes after activation.

after a period of roughly 85 minues of activation - the hooks will sink into scp#-1's skin,detaching from scp# with no visibale damage done to scp#-1. scp#-1 will now behave in full accordance of scp#-2 will.

if scp# has been deactivated while scp#-1 still exibits disobaying behavior - scp#-1's mind would return to its original state, typically displaying fright.

test log shows that scp#-2 behavior is inconclusive

the scp#-2 is able to communicate in at least one known language, will refrain to itself by a name and conducts itself as if it is a living person of a time period the scp's apperance might be known for.

each instance of the scp has a different entity
