Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber comprises of an outer chamber and an inner chamber. The outer chamber is 15 x 15 x 15m, made of concrete. Two guards are to be stationed at the entrance of this chamber at all times. The inner chamber is 60 x 60 x 60m with no windows and made of fireproof material.

Description: SCP-XXXX manifests as a female lion (Panthera leo), though with remarkable physical features. Its fur has intricate and spiralling, coruscant patterns, which is visible regardless of lighting. This anomalous pattern is also observed on the eyes of SCP-XXXX, as well as its pupils are shaped as equilateral triangles. The pattern has shown to have no effect to SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX possesses intelligence matching a human’s. SCP-XXXX is perfectly capable of speech and discerning writing and speech, but this only applies to the English language. Other languages are not understood by SCP-XXXX.

Anomalous effects manifest when a person is either: within 25m of SCP-XXXX and in the direct vicinity, sees and hears SCP-XXXX simultaneously, or comes into contact with it. The individual will experience significant anxiety, and prolonged exposure (30-70 minutes) to SCP-XXXX may cause screaming, crying, hallucination, dizziness, nausea, high blood pressure, and rarely, the urge to set the nearest object alight - or in some cases, themselves, but only if there are no flammable objects nearby. Similar patterns on SCP-XXXX have shown to be manifested on the person when they have been exposed to it for approximately an hour.

A different anomaly manifests under the same circumstances, but specifically applies to Felidae only. (More to come.)
