SCP - 4638 - EX - Do no evil

Object class: Safe - explained - neutralised

Containment: All 4 consciousnesses are ongoing testing for their separation and eventual introduction into biological forms. They are saved on SCP-4638-1 (Consciousness holding device)
Every 24 hours a technician is to activate the simulation and go over the cognition test to verify integrity.
SCP-4638-1 is to be placed in a led covered room and radio silence protocol D3 is to be enacted around it as to minimize exposure to radiation of any type.

Description: SCP-4638 is a humanoid anomaly approximately 6 foot in height.
SCP-4638 Can manisfest as a dense blue fog and a human form. When in human form it has bright blue neon eyes and advanced machinery visible from open skin.
The remains of SCP-4638 are burned beyond recognition although It does seem to be completely human.

SCP-4638-1 was extracted from the aftermath and is contained in site-19.

LEVEL 5 ACCESS IS REQUIRED BEYOND THIS POINT.

Last seen exiting her house in plainview oklahoma street adress XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Description (gathered from interviews and eyewitnesses)
Danniela was seen leaving her house at around 10 towards the train station. No footage from the train is available due to a malfunction in the train cctv system on that day.

Family said she was having trouble at work and wanted to leave.
No additional information is available about said work. The address reported in the department of labor was of an empty lot owned by the state.
Family didn't know details of the missing persons work.

Prolonged investigation and a lack of leads are the reason we are closing this case.
Probable family feud due to a high life-insurance on daniella (5M USD)

SCP file regarding Professor Daniella’s work and termination. (Administrator note: this was written by council member O5-14)

Professor Daniella was an expert at cataloging consciousness into computer simulations.
Such technology was used to run experiments on certain humanoid SCP’s in order to find out the best containment methods.

Class-D personnel were used in the technology development stage.
All records of these instances were destroyed by the doctor on her own accord.

On 20/MM/20XX The professor destroyed the technology without authorization. All data regarding her research is corrupted, All assistants said she didn't include them in her work and were doing menial tasks under her command.
All Class-D personnel present at that day were released. Out of the 13, 4 turned themselves in. rest were found later except for D-983.

By the order of the council Dr. Daniella was to be captured and terminated after investigation of the incident at her lab.

On 21/MM/20XX Dr. Daniella was found dead in an office she rented, A gun at her side and a recording device. See addendum 12-14. Office was bare with only a desk and a computer. Both were burned with gasoline and extinguished once fully burned. Body was slightly singed, It is concluded from the coronary’s report that someone came after the suicide and set the computer on fire. Accidently burning some of the body.

Written by MTF’ debuggers.
- Daniella is still at large. She likely moved herself to CHD01 (Consciousness holding device) and was picked up by an unknown assailant. The burning on her body seems to imply a mistake was made. She wanted us to think she took her own life.
Electro communications seeking is to begin immediately, termination order approved by O5-14. Her knowledge on SCP containment methods and her clear motive to destroy the foundation is not to be taken lightly. Notification protocol Beta R7 is active- all international lines are open and notified.

Incident SCP-4683 - CONTACT

At 21:43 the first MTF helicopter landed on the designated landing strip just 4 km away from the house.

By 22:21 all units were briefed and stationed.

High capacity shields were put into a Diamond formation around the house with a maximum capacity of 74Kilojewls.

3 snipers teams are stationed each on a different hill around the house. Closest sniper team is designated HUNTER-1 at 500 M and will be the primary unless stated otherwise
HUNTER -2 and -3 are on standby on the neighboring hills. ELECTRO ammunition for all snipers was given to the teams by UNIT-0.

Insertion team is codenamed “ALPHA” and has 5 anamolous entry agents consisting of 4 MTF officers and 1 IDF unit 0 operative codenamed “Leviticus”.
All israel operations are required to be accompanied by at least 1 UNIT-0 operative.

GEAR- All entry personnel are administered Electro-defensive suits with built in visors and relay equipment. ‘Leviticus’ isn’t carrying a kinetic weapon, instead going with a EMPPU “Electro-magnetic-pulse personal unit” which is powered by a battery pack on his back and cables running down to his palms ending with devices to discharge the attacks from.

The lights suddenly turn on and a humanoid figure is seen, its eyes are bright neon blue and has skeletal features. Wires can be seen bulgding from its skin.

The entity looks at him. And says “I only want O5-14”

“Dont do this” - The sound is heard from all directional mic’s later described by ALPHA -3 as “as if god was speaking to you”. The speech had 2 distinct voices in it. One male one female.

“Open fire” Bullets holes manifest on its body, no blood. After 5 shots the entity Fades into a dense fog and the fog seems to rush into the basement.

“Carmel this is ALPHA, Persuing” “Copy that, Kinetic ammo didnt seem to effect it, switch to electro”. “Leviticus take point”.
The team commences Staggered ammunition swapping.

The team decends into the basement, the fog is so dense they only see 1 meter forward.
“Carmel do we have blueprints of the basement?” “Negative this didn't show up in the scans.”

As the team moves forward in the hall their heartrates summit. “ALPHA-1 we are activating your amnestics doses standby” “copy that”. After 5 seconds the heart rates lower.

After 5 minutes of nothing but forward movement and nothing a voice is heard again

The fog dissipates, and standing 10 meters from them is the entity.

The entity raises both its arms and in a wave motion sends an electric shock that moves forwards.
Leviticus shoots twice at the wave and disperses it, two heatsinks continers shoot down from his backback towards the ground, sizzling is heard when it touches the floor.
The team opens fire on the entity, Sparks are flying everywhere.

After a minute and 13 seconds 3 operatives are seen leaving the house while running and firing at a gaseous fog behind them.
“STOPPPPPPP” the voice is now stronger and can be heard through the walls of the command truck situated 5 km away. It now has 4 distinct voices inside it.

“Cease fire!” The entity is revealed through the fog in an attacking stance waiting to defend itself. It looks directly at hunter 1. “We are in here, its alpha 1 and 4. This entity isnt hostile and is willing to be contained, It just wants to speak to the administrator”

“Sir, encypted relay from the council to you. Open on channel 3.”
“Carmel this is citadel Open fire at once.”

HUNTER 1 OPEN FIRE - A shot pierces the entity’s head, lightning shoots everywhere and scortches everything within a 10 meter radius.

“Carmel this is citadel, when the lightning stops grab the CHD from the entity’s head and head directly to site-19. 05-14 will be waiting for its retrieval.”

Expiramnation A501 - Classified, Level 5 clearance required.

An investigation was launched after an unauthorized intervention in a field-op was conducted by council member O5-14.

Council member 05-14 has been terminated due to activity revolving around SCP-4638
All experimentation now needs approval by at least 3 05 members chosen at random.

Council member 05-14 Alienated Dr.Daniella after asking for experiments to be done on the concoiusness copies of Class D ersonnel. Daniella was unable to find sufficent reasoning for such experiments and showed great remorse in causing so much suffering.

Class D-983 was captured during a raid on SCP stolen equipment. He was highly trained in the making and utilizing of electo-photonic dampners.

A secret simulation hidden from O5-14 was run on D-983 to see what was needed to kill him.
The outcome of this is unknown and further testing is needed. It is belived that the simulations may be able to predict the actions of agents outside the parameters given, and thus able to predict the future, including the termination of 05-14 by the council itself.

Counter measures are to be enacted and sole supervision is to be considered only for “safe” level SCP’s.
