Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in its cell, a 6 m x 6 m x 6 m sound-proof cement cube, at all times. Weekly checks for any extreme damage of the cell's interior or exterior is mandatory.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature measuring approximatley 2.13 meters in height. Exterior tissue surrounding object appears dilated, and amber in hue. Samples reveal skin layers equivalent to that of a human, in spite of the amber shade and absence of hair follicles.
SCP-XXXX's neck is grossly inordinate, with a measured length of 0.5 meters. SCP-XXXX's cranium appears to be a standard cardboard box, measuring 0.55 m x 0.17 m. Optical view of the box from the back appears ordinary, whilst inspection from the front An encephalogram of the cardboard box has revealed a dermis underneath the corrugated fiberboard
SCP-XXXX can produce vocalised speech, emitting from their cavity. Conversation with object follow a recurrent coerce for personnel to place their head inside of the aforementioned hole. Each requst is typically met with agreement, with only five (5) of the ███-hundred (█00) examined persons exhibiting resistance.
SCP-XXXX is typically extremely docile, with personnel reporting it spends most of the day idling in the centre of it's cell. However, when someone listens to an audio recording of SCP-XXXX's audio that extends around five (5) minutes SCP-XXXX will become hostile, it's centre hole will illuminate a "bright shade of blue" that will blind any personnel viewing it directly. During this, the subject who originally listened to the audio (now deemed SCP-XXXX-1) will attempt to make their way to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 can not be broken out of it's catatonic state.
Individuals who are under the influence of SCP-XXXX have been documented to steal, murder and navigate otherwise foreign ground to reach SCP-XXXX. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX-1 knows SCP-XXXX's location; it seems to have an innate sense of SCP-XXXX's location. SCP-XXXX-1 when analysed has increased muscle tissue and increased brain wave activity which alludes to it's increased sense of direction.
Upon SCP-XXXX-1's arrival to SCP-XXXX's location all personnel in the area are to head to the on-site evacuation shelter and SCP-XXXX's blast doors are to be locked down. Armed personnel are then to be sent to SCP-XXXX with noise-cancelling headphones. It is strongly advised that SCP-XXXX-1 is terminated before it finishes performing ██████.
Once SCP-XXXX-1 has died, their (headless, if terminated by SCP-XXXX) body is to be removed from the cell (or area) and SCP-XXXX is to be checked for any unusual abnormalities (whether or not SCP-XXXX-1 interacted with SCP-XXXX) (see Incident Log-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX-1's corpse is to be incinerated following it's termination from either gunshots or SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-1's head location varies between tests. Since the discovery that all heads decapitated remain alive despite internal bleeding and severely damaged bone tissue all testing is strictly prohibited. Experiment #XXXX-3's log has been erased following the request of O5-██.
Dr. █ ██████ has recently made a petition to find and destroy the heads located in SCP-XXXX's head cavity siting it's "…cruel and inhumane these people are alive on the other side of hellhole. They're living in eternal torture and we did it to them. We've damned people to hell and we need to correct this.", following this Dr. █ ██████ has been met with hostile criticism and his authority has been questioned. There is currently an on-going vote on whether Dr. █ ██████ should be relieved of overseeing SCP-XXXX.
