        [BEGIN LOG]

Dr. L Chesterhill: Hello (.) how are you, Mr. Lyron?

Mr. Lyron: I'm sorry (.) is this uh (.) this regarding the phone call?

Dr. L Chesterhill: (.) Yes, Mr. Lyron. I need to (.) ask you some questions.

Mr. Lyron: That's (2) yeah, alright. I'll erm (.) ye, go ahead.

Dr. L Chesterhill: OK (3) Mr. Lyron, three days ago, on the fifth (.) do you re-call anything from that day? (.) It's important you're honest.

Mr. Lyron: People were having their minds (.) liquefied (.) right? I mean, people were just supposed to forget who they los- I don't want to forget my daughter.

Dr. L Chesterhill: Well, Mr. Lyron, it's in your best interest to forget until we can get those people back. (.) You understand that, right? (.)

Mr. Lyron: No. (2) I don't want to forget.

Dr. L Chesterhill: Mr. Lyron, as sorry as I am to say, you don't have that choice to make.

Mr. Lyron: (Pause) Then you can just go [EXPLETIVE] yourself. I'm leaving.

Mr. Lyron stood up and appeared to move towards the door.

Dr. L Chesterhill: Mr. Lyron, please. That door is locked.
        Just giv-

Mr. Lyron: No, you listen to me. Let me out of here. You're not getting [EXPLETIVE].

Dr. L Chesterhill: (Pause) Mr. Lyron I need you to (.) I need you to listen to me (.) you need to tell us what happened and (.) I know it seems unfair that we're taking your memories, but remember (.) it's only temporarily. You'r
e here cause we need to find out what happened in that call between you and your daughter. The more we know, the more we understand about this thing, which means, it increases the chances we'll get your daughter ba-

Mr. Lyron: Increases the chances? What [EXPLETIVE] chances? My daughter was (.) was kidnapped by some stupid [EXPLETIVE] grey goo looking [EXPLETIVE].

Dr. L Chesterhill: We can help. We can help. You just need to tell us what happened. The more we know, the more we can help. Speak to us.

Mr. Lyron: I want answers. Give me answers, I'll give you answers. Tell me all you know and (.) I will tell you all I know.

Dr. L Chesterhill: (Pause) You do realise, we'll erase your memory afterwards?

        Mr. Lyron nodded

Dr. L Chesterhill: Alright (.) I don't see the harm. Mr. Lyron, please, take a seat.

Mr. Lyron: Please, call me Frank.

Dr. L Chesterhill: Very well, Frank. Can I get you anything before the interview? Water, maybe?

Frank Lyron: I'm good. Let's just get this over with (.) ay?

Dr. L Chesterhill: OK, Frank. Tell me (.) this phone call (.) can you describe any abnormal feelings leading up to the phone call?

Frank Lyron: If I told you I wasn't expecting her to call, I'd be lying. When I picked up the phone (.) it's like I uh (.) I could already tell who was calling. Like I knew it was her on the other end before she spoke.

Dr. L Chesterhill: Can you elaborate? Did you have a gut feeling, per-say?

Frank Lyron: I'd agree, yeah. I (.) I can't describe it, honestly. I knew it'd be her, and I knew she'd be calling, soon. Like I had a constant feeling in my gut.

Dr. L Chesterhill: OK. After this phone call, do you still have that feeling? Do you feel abnormal?

Frank Lyron: My daughter is missing. I feel dread and sick. I'm not sure if it's weird or normal. I guess we er (.) all handle grief different.
