Special Containment Procedures:scp-9103 is to be contained at site-491 with a 2 meter fence and frequent patrols under the cover of a military armory in a reinforced concrete room,in the middle of the site,with one window of bullet resistant glass with a thickness of at least 14 millimeters to prevent acknowledgement of researchers and staff monitoring scp-9103.The main observation room will be equipped with a steel door that leads to a secondary room structured the same as the observation room but with thicker glass and walls layered with steel panels to prevent escape to the outside,this room will also have a blast proof door that leads to an airlock with armed guards preventing access to the room unless approved by site director [removed data].

Description:scp-9103 is a creature of humanoid form with the anomaly of being able to form spikes from the ground made of an unknown material compatible to physical properties to that of metal but the material is of an unknown origin.scp-9103 is limited with its ability as observed with current research and has the draw back of not being able to see through thick enough glass.The way scp-9103 is fed is by dropping meat (usually goat meat as seen to have been favored by scp-9103) from a hatch at the top if its containment room if a breach where to happen immediate action will be taken by mtf-9482"bloodhounds" stationed at site-491 who are also in charge of patrols and guarding the door to scp-9103s containment room.
