Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell on Site-14. The cell must be equipped with electrified walls and door, with at least 200.000 volts passing through at all times. The entity must be tased and silenced when transport is required. One armed guard must be monitoring SCP-XXXX at all times and any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 must be immediately terminated and studied for research.
SCP-XXXX can be cooperative when given what he requires. But can otherwise have violent responses to staff members. Which has to be met with extreme force, due to the anomaly's abilities.
Due to the mind-control effect of SCP-XXXX, access clearance of Level 3 or higher must be presented to gain access to SCP-XXXX's cell. And personnel appointed to watch over SCP-XXXX during transport or any circonstances must have a high resilience to mind-affecting SCP's.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male, with bleached white hair. Wearing a white stained chemist blouse. The entity seems to be wearing a surgical blue mask on its mouth, but it was later identified to have fused with SCP-XXXX's mouth.
SCP-XXXX is sentient and often cooperates with the foundation. He claims being a researcher in what he calls "Metamorphisiacs". The entity also seems to be able to convince weak-minded individuals to be his "Subject" for his surgeries.
Beings used in his surgeries will transform into an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, an entity with heavily enhanced physical capabilities but their intelligence reduced to basic grunts. Enhancements will affect the being's strength, agility and speed for up to twelve (12) times the equivalent in human standards. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 can be commanded by SCP-XXXX to attack anyone in sight, that ability was discovered at the time of recovery when several instances of SCP-XXXX-1 attacked MTF-FU5. Through multiples studies (See Experiment file XXXX-1.A), it has been discovered that SCP-XXXX increases the metabolism rate of its subjects to enhance their attributes. Also, the composition of the very bones of entities subjected to SCP-XXXX's experiments suffer drastic changes, as the calcium transforms into an unknown alloy similar to iron. Making SCP-XXXX and its creatures, weak to electricity and very heavy.
Addendum-1: Incident Report XXXX-A, Recovery.
SCP-XXXX was sighted for the first time in an abandoned hospital complex in ███,France on the 15th of ████, ████. It was sighted with several instances of SCP-XXXX-1, authorities were dispatched to apprehend the entity, but the enhanced creatures surprised the local police and inflicted severe lacerations and bruises that lead to a lethal blow to the head. Following that event, the foundation was swiftly noticed of the presence of the anomaly, and MTF-FU5 was sent to the location encountering even more instances of SCP-XXXX-1 that SCP-XXXX created with injured policemen.
Since the entity can be cooperative at times, it has been deemed eligible for interview. SCP-XXXX even asked to see qualified personnel for interview.

<End Log>Closing Statement: Little information was found during the interview but we can safely say that SCP-XXXX is more dangerous than anticipated, and Dr. █████ affirmed that SCP-XXXX feels "human". The fact that SCP-XXXX is aware of the existence of the foundation cannot be explained but the information has been relayed to 05-[DATA EXPUNGED]. We need more information about him.
Addendum-3: Experiment XXXX-1.A

Experiment Introduction: To better contain them, we need to know them inside and out. For research, we would need a recently expired corpse.
Experiment Conditions: A researcher team will observe and talk to SCP-XXXX in an adjacent area through remote communication and video feed. SCP-XXXX will be asked to experiment on the corpse given to him.
<Begin Experiment Log>
A corpse of a squirrel was given to SCP-XXXX while he was still in restrains.
Shortly after, the researcher team opened the video feed and remote communications to ask the entity to experiment.Dr. █████: SCP-XXXX, please experiment on the corpse.
SCP-XXXX doesn't respond.
Dr.█████: SCP-XXXX, uncooperative behavior will only give you further restrictions.
SCP-XXXX started shouting insults at the researcher team.
Dr.█████: This is the last warning. Do as you are told or more restrictions are coming your way.The entity sighed and began pulling out tools from its pockets.
After 3 minutes and 45 seconds, SCP-XXXX took out a seringe filled with a light-blue liquid, which will be referred as "Metamorphisiacs" as of now and SCP-XXXX-2 for clarity.
After injecting the subject with SCP-XXXX-2, the squirrel suffered an anaphylactic attack, to which SCP-XXXX responded with another substance, possibly a dose of adrenaline. 2 minutes and 1 second after the injection, the squirrel suddenly woke up. Revived. And approximately 3 seconds after that, SCP-XXXX pointed at the glass window separating the two rooms. The squirrel jumped head-first into the glass, fracturing it. The new instance of SCP-XXXX-1 crashed its head on the glass pane two more times until its skull broke open and killed it.
SCP-XXXX was told to not resist as it was placed in restrains again. The autopsy of the dead squirrel showed the composition of the bones changed from calcium to an alloy close to iron. Containment Procedures were updated to electrified walls and door to keep enhanced creatures and SCP-XXXX himself contained.
Complete investigation and search did not yield any results on where, how and what SCP-XXXX-2 is made out of, where he stores it and how it is made.
Addendum-4: Experiment XXXX-1.B

Experiment Introduction: Now that we know SCP-XXXX is able to "turn" animals, we have to try and see what would happen when a human is subject to the injection.
Experiment Conditions: A researcher team will observe and talk to SCP-XXXX in an adjacent area through remote communication and video feed. SCP-XXXX will be asked to experiment on the D-class given to him.
<Begin Experiment Log>D-3796 entered the containment cell with 2 guards armed with tasers. Upon seeing the D-class personnel, SCP-XXXX started thanking deeply the staff members, he was on the brink of tears.
The researcher team asked the entity to interview the D-class personnel.
Following that order, SCP-XXXX sat down and started going through a medical interview similar to usual questions asked by doctors.
After a few minutes of asking questions, SCP-XXXX turned to the glass pane and told the staff that the subject was suffering from an advanced form of skin cancer.
Researchers went through the medical files of D-3796, skin cancer wasn't on the list.Upon hearing the news, D-3796 started showing fear and anxiety. SCP-XXXX reassured him that he had something to save him. He took out a seringe from a pocket and injected the D-class with it. As the color is light blue, it is confirmed to be a shot of SCP-XXXX-2.
D-3796 passed out instantly and them started having seizures.After a total of 16 minutes and 34 seconds, D-3796 woke up.
Expecting an attack from the newly formed SCP-XXXX-1, the researcher team got the cell into lockdown mode, where all walls had increased electricity going through them.SCP-XXXX: Why so defensive ?
Dr. █████: You can control them. You attacked us earlier, we don't take risks.
SCP-XXXX: You don't understand, doctor.
SCP-XXXX turned to SCP-XXXX-1
SCP-XXXX: My friend, kill me.
The instance of SCP-XXXX-1 lunged at SCP-XXXX and started inflicting heavy blunt damage that was stopped when lockdown was cancelled and armed forces stopped D-3796.

Closing Statement: It is difficult to understand the reason behind SCP-XXXX actions. Until further notice, experiments involving live or expired animals or humans are prohibited. As SCP-XXXX seems to show self-destructing behavior.
