Special Containment Procedures: Mobile Task Force Psi-8 are to have agents in all emergency medical facilities staffing over 100 individuals. Any individuals who underwent cardiac arrest along with cessation of brain activity, lasting or expected to have lasted over 15 minutes during the course of a 365 day period, or have reported to have had a near-death experience are to be detained and put under heavy psychological and memetic resistance screening to assure they have not been exposed to SCP-xxxx. Any individuals found to be exposed to SCP-xxxx or score less than 12 on standard Levi-Bussard screenings are to be considered SCP-xxxx-1.
