SCP-4563 is a music box-like device, made of wood, that doesn't sound when wound up, but still oddly makes the person who wound it up feel happy. It slowly depresses the brain to help fall asleep. The music box itself has no real downfall to it, however if someone does fall asleep while paying attention to it, they have a high chance of forgetting that they wound up the box.

This man was repeatedly reported to authorities be insane, delusional, crazy, these are just a few of the adjectives that were used to describe how insane he appeared to the outside world, but he referred to himself as a "mastermind," but our scientist at the laboratory trying to destroy the thing that we're not even sure if he created or not, refer to this man as a "maniac."
