Special Containment Procedures: To stop the identity of this SCP becoming memetic, the foundation will disguises it as many things such as bins, post boxes, etc. The semblance must be 57.23cm (22.531496 inch) wide and 72.87cm (28.688976 inch) tall, to fit the SCP’s size.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE GOING NEAR
1. Do not open or interact with the SCP inside of the disguise.
2. The SCP could fire after interaction, which could threaten all of humanity.
3. The disguise has a FHM Interaction Sensor (Addendum 1) system that sends whoever touches or interacts with the SCP, which will cause you to be arrested immediately and sentenced to death.
Description: SCP-3823 is a unidentified laser cannon that could destroy something as big as Jupiter. It currently resides in Berlin, Germany and has been there for over 13 years. Currently, the main researcher is Professor Unisoef, a Level 3 Researcher in the foundation.
The origin of the laser cannon is unknown, but some foundation staff believe it could be extraterrestrial. Many tests are being run currently and the closest they can get to the origin of SCP-3823 is a galaxy named Uerty.
No one has ever interacted with the SCP except for some few special foundation robots.

The FHM Interaction Sensor system is a foundation-built sensor that will detect any interaction with a certain object.
