Containment procedures: SCP-5038 is contained in a 2mx2mx2m cell surrounded by shock absorbent glass. Cell must be clear of any machinery in a 20 meter radius. No surveillance or sensors will work and will only be turned into weapons.
A computer 40 meters away will be the only source of communication.
Description: SCP-5038 has a human body with all the same organs and intestines and bone structure except his left arm which is formed out of twisted metal and computer parts. SCP-5038 has complete control over any machinery in a 20 meter radius. Reports say that victims of SCP-5038 are killed by the tentacles SCP-5038 forms out of machinery. SCP-5038 methods of killing involve stabbing the victim in the head with a tentacle and let them bleed out. After the victim is dead SCP-5038 will implant a device in the back of the victims head that slowly creates a metal skeleton under the victims skin. SCP-5038 will now have complete control over the victims body and will use them to attack personnel in the range of the puppets SCP-5038 creates out of the victim's body. The range that SCP-5038 can control his puppets os a little more than a radius of 25 meters of himself. SCP-5038 will use the puppets to kill more personal were we assume they are brought back to SCP-5038 and are implanted with the same device. SCP-5038 is also unable to be monitored by surveillance cameras or sensors for the do not pick up anything nor show SCP-5038 in the video feed. SCP-5038 heart is also needed to be replaced every weak via sending the new heart to SCP-5038 through a airlock that is 8 inches in diameter. This weekly heart replacement is thought to be like replacing the batteries of a flashlight or toy.
Appearance: SCP-5038 wears normal street clothes, a black t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. However SCP-5038 wears a helmet closely resembling a space helmet but completely black. Note that not under any circumstances should SCP-5038 helmet be removed. If removed SCP-5038 will go into some kind of rage state where he will kill anything that moves by hand or tentacle.
