Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by Dr. Von ██████████’s MTF ███-6. Any pure samples of any form of SCP-XXXX is to be █████████ immediately. Samples that are approved for testing and/or storage are to be kept in storage room C2 in Area-███. Any Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 is to be terminated and samples are to be taken from the body. All samples are to be taken to Area-███ and all files and records of SCP-XXXX are to be kept at Area-███.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an occurrence that will happen every 6 to 8 months. The SCP-XXXX occurrence has only been recorded to happen around Research Area-███, approximately 1 to 2 miles close to the facility. The occurrence will last for 2 months and can take around 15 days to clear the area that has been impacted. The SCP-XXXX occurrence is a situation in which a chemical appears near Research Area-███, this chemical can be in a liquid state or gas state, both known as XXXX-1. Any living thing that comes into contact with the SCP-XXXX occurrence is no longer living and is deemed as an SCP-XXXX-2 instance.
SCP-XXXX-2 is what happens to any living thing (plants, animals, humans) when it comes into contact with XXXX-1 and is the transformation stage of any living thing into SCP-XXXX-3. There are two different ways that an individual can be infected since there are two forms of the XXXX occurrence, the liquid state and the gaseous state. When any living thing is infected with the SCP-XXXX-1, there are three stages of infection.
Stage one starts immediately after contact with XXXX-1, the skin in the area that the individual touched the chemical with is melted, this stage only happens 85% of the time. The other 15% of the time stage one is skipped completely. Stage two takes around 1-2 minutes to start. When stage two happens, the oxygen in the individual's lungs is forced out by the gaseous state of XXXX-1 and the individual dies within 2 minutes. Stage three starts when the individual becomes deceased. The individual will become a mindless become and will only stand in place and are then pronounced as a XXXX-3 instance
Instances of XXXX-3 will only stay in place, they will occasionally move their heads and stare at the nearest living individual. If any harm is induced to an instance of XXXX-3 the individual who harmed them will be grabbed by the instance and pulled into the instance, turning them in to SCP-XXXX-3. XXXX-3 instances are to be monitored for any kind of new activity. Little is known about SCP-XXXX-3. They are to be terminated in case they are able to spread the chemical. Any contact with an instance of SCP-XXXX-3 is strictly prohibited.
