Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in a small wooden box that has a built-in microphone and speakers. Any personnel that has verbal contact with SCP-XXXX is to refer to to it as Stan while talking to it. A member of staff is to remain on the microphone at all times in order to prevent SCP-XXXX from panicking.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a lamp that is shaped like Stan Laurel that was produced in 1953 and believes that it is Stan Laurel. SCP-XXXX is mostly immobile and speaks without opening its mouth. Whenever SCP-XXXX is referred to as SCP-XXXX instead of Stan Laurel, SCP-XXXX will become upset and will begin shaking the box that it is kept in. SCP-XXXX will often make comical jokes while in discussion; however, its jokes are objectively unfunny . If no one laughs at SCP-XXXXs jokes it will began shaking its box in anger.
It must be noted that SCP-XXXX has no recollection of Stan Laurels personal life and when asked when it was born, will give a different date every time with the only consistency being that it was born in 1953.
