Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5277 resides in a 5 m by 6 m humanoid containment cell at Site-06-3. SCP - 5277 is allowed to roam the facility and interact with staff freely, however must remain in containment during night-time hours, and is not to be allowed anywhere outside of containment when testing is in progress, for her safety and the safety of staff. SCP - 5277 is usually compliant with foundation staff and no aggressive maneuvers have been made by SCP - 5277 to date. Visits outside of Site-5277 are permitted for the mental health of SCP - 5277, but must be accompanied by an administrator at all times.
Description:
SCP - 5277 appears to be a human female 17 years of age, originating from Paris, France. She prefers to speak French, however can semi-fluently speak English. SCP - 5277's eyes change colour erratically depending on her mood. SCP – 5277's eyes have only been observed to switch from blue, to red; each has its own unique effect. When SCP - 5277 becomes one of the aforementioned instances, SCP - 5277 is then to be labeled as "SCP - 5277 A-B" or "SCP - 5277 A-R" representing activity of the anomaly.
When SCP - 5277's eye colour becomes a luminescent blue, SCP - 5277 has a calming effect on other sentient anomalies that she interacts with. Depending on how long she is exposed to other anomalies while her eyes are a luminescent blue, the effect increases to lull them to sleep, and will remain in REM sleep until she leaves the vicinity or her eyes change colour from the luminescent blue. Note that this calming effect has not been observed to affect non-anomalies, and no Foundation personnel have been affected by it.
SCP - 5277's eyes will turn a luminescent red when agitated, when such instances occur, any organism that agitated SCP - 5277, (indirectly or directly) will become incapable of moving or speaking for a short time, as well as being temporarily blinded. Personnel affected by this are considered SCP - 5277 - 2, even after the effect has been cancelled by SCP - 5277. While agitating SCP - 5277 into becoming an instance of SCP - 5277 A-R is difficult, becoming an instance of SCP - 5277 A-R seems to upset SCP - 5277, and measures have been put in place to prevent SCP - 5277 from becoming an instance of SCP - 5277 A-R.
When SCP - 5277 is not either of the aforementioned instances, SCP - 5277's eyes return to that of a normal human, however, SCP - 5277's default eye colour cannot be agreed upon between Foundation personnel, and is being investigated further. It should also be noted that all pictures and video of SCP - 5277 will appear with a gray scale effect, leading photos and videos, ultimately inconclusive.
Discovery: SCP - 5277 was discovered in Paris, France, after SCP - 5277 briefly met with Agent Reyne during a vacation. After noticing her anomaly, Agent Reyne took SCP - 5277 to Site-06-3 where her anomaly is being studied and she was contained for the duration of the research.
