Only Personnel Level 3 or higher are permitted to remove copies of SCP-XXXX from the vault, and any personnel coming into close contact with SCP-XXXX must not have been diagnosed with coulrophobia or expressed discomfort towards clowns at any point in their lives.

Description: SCP-XXXX are 27 unbranded VHS tapes labeled "Yuckin' Around: The Beginner's Guide to Clowning" (designated SCP-XXXX-1 through 27). Each tape contain 30 minutes and 13 seconds of footage, and display no anomalous properties until played in a standard VHS player. Any sapient being that views the tape will exhibit a strong desire to become a clown, no matter their previous occupation or feelings towards clowns.
