Special Containment Procedures: SCP-098-J is to be contained in a modified human containment cell decorated to imitate a cartoon style similar to that of classical shorts from the 1920's. Furthermore, SCP-098-J is to be provided with one (1) standard sized ink container whilst the entity's containment is inspected and restored (if necessary).
Description: SCP-098-J is approximately 6' 6" (2 meters) in height and 2" (5 centimeters) in width, and weights only 100 pounds. SCP-098-J takes the form of a humanoid male resembling that of a 1920's cartoon character with rubber-hose styled limbs and exaggerated proportions and pure black sclera and iris.
SCP-098-J displays a variety of anomalous properties ranging from moderately harmless (the ability to stretch and survive unfeasible events such as being hit by 1 ton of mass and being able to revive with any form of air-pumping device.) To the extremely dangerous such as: Producing explosives or firearms from within the entity's pockets or jacket (Note: All devices and explosives appear to be "EMCA" branded, further research into this company is yet to be performed) or turning normally harmless objects such as pens, bananas and balloons into weaponry such as swords and firearms.
Addendum: SCP-098-J appears to be able to interact with most forms of "cartoon" media, Dr. Dim's proposal to allow SCP-098-J and SCP-085 to interact is under consideration by Site Admin Dr. Hydrick.
