SPECIAL CONTAINTMENT PROCEDURES

DESCRIPTION
Subject resembles a 32 year old man by the name of Micheal Stevens, attempts of contacting said individual have all failed due to the individual itself rejecting
to comment, resulting in the assumption that both might have a connection that stretches beyond appearence.
(It is also to be noted that the SCP also refers to itself as Micheal)
Subject displays the capacity to "steal" intelligence from living creatures and also to teleport,
the exact how of it unknown.
SCP-4750 will always hunt it's prey following a certain structure;
Subject would appear from seemingly nowhere into the victim's line of sight, if it is not possible for it to appear directly in front of it's victim it will appear from behind it
and draw their attention with the loud greeting; "Hey, Vsauce, Micheal here." (Subject will also do the same greeting even if it appears in front of the victim, the only difference
being the tone, volume and properties of the greeting) (It is theorized that victims are unable to take their attention off of the SCP after the greeting, since even if victims are
aware of 4750's anomalous properties they will still fall prey to it.) once "Micheal" finishes the greeting, it will ask a random question to it's victim and proceed to lecture
them about the question it had made (At this point one random song by the artist Jake Chudnow will play from an unknown source), once the lecture begins, the victim will start to lose knowledge about various different subjects, such as Mathematics, Biology
Chemistry and etc., with the only exceptions being basic human instincts and, curiously, facts about human salliva. SCP-4750 will have stopped after their victim has been
stolen of all their intelligence, once it stops, it escapes the line of sight and dissapears.(edited)
(It is theorized that the victim's knowledge is transferred to 4750
through unkown means, however, it explains why subject is so intelligent and also why it has such predatory behavior.)
SCP-4750 is also selective about the time of it's attacks, once it selects a victim, it will only actually attack it when the victim is by itself, although it doesn't take recording
devices, such as cameras, microphones and etc. into account.
ADDENDUM
All attempts to contain 4750 have failed, further tries have been halted due to the paranoia of it absorbing secrets of the Foundation through present M.T.F agents and
researchers.

This is ridiculous! We should find a way to contain it as quickly as possible, could you imagine what this thing could do if it attacked a member of the O5 Council!? I'd rather
having just a researcher or M.T.F agent being turned into a zombie than that!
