Site-266 is split up into numerous Sectors:Sector A
Sector A is mainly for non-combative personnel. This sector contains the on-site Administration Department's offices along with a cafeteria, medical bay, research labs, the reactor that powers the site, and other basic amenities for Foundation employees. The Breach Shelter, an area where on-site personnel will shelter in during containment failures, is located in this sector along with the Surface Gate. It is connected to Sector B.Sector B
Sector B contains the CDTSA (Class-D Test Subject Area). This area contains cellblocks for the Class-D. It also includes a cafeteria for the Class-D. Sector B has a sub-unit known as Unit-B2. Unit-B2 is located behind Sector B and contains Class-E cellblocks and cafeteria. The Class-D are allowed to roam freely inside an auditorium-size room during a designated time. The room has basic amenities such as treadmills and weights, bathrooms, a shower block, basketball courts. Half of this room is the aforementioned cafeteria. This room makes up the majority of Sector-B. Security Personnel escorting tests are to pick out Class-D roaming around if the test is being conducted during Class-D free-time. Class-D personnel are to be cuffed when being escorted to and from the SCP.Sector C
This Sector houses all of the site's anomalies. Unit C1 contains mostly Safe and Euclid-level SCP Objects. Unit C2, which is connected to C1, houses a majority of Euclid-level and some Safe-level SCP Objects. The anomalies contained in Unit C2 are higher risk Euclid and Safe-level SCP Objects compared to the ones in C1. Unit C3 is to be locked down at all times unless a test is being conducted there. Cameras are to be watched from the Control Room in Sector B. A toxic nerve agent is ready to be released on command should a breach be detected in Unit C3. Unit C3 houses mostly Keter-level SCPs, with a low amount Euclid-level SCPs. Unit C4 is the smallest Unit in the Site, and contains Thaumiel-level SCP Objects.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in Unit C1 of Sector C at Site 266 inside of a small-medium sized standard low-risk Safe-class anomalous containment chamber. The containment chamber is restricted to Security Clearance Level 1 and above. Testing on SCP-XXXX-1 is restricted to Junior Researchers and above. Foundation personnel interacting with SCP-XXXX-1 is strictly forbidden unless explicitly approved by Lead Researcher Dr. Charles Harson and Assistant Site Director David Hughes. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept along the northern wall of the containment chamber. SCP-XXXX-1 is not to be connected to the facilities plumbing system and/or other pipe systems under any circumstances. SCP-XXXX-1's containment chamber is to have it's own separate plumbing system, which SCP-XXXX-1 itself is to be connected to, following the discovery that SCP-XXXX-1 has no adverse effects if connected to a plumbing system. Personnel who for whatever reason are located in SCP-XXXX-2 are not to engage SCP-XXXX-3 instances.
SCP-XXXX-1's containment chamber is to include a towel and clothing rack along the northern wall, adjacent to SCP-XXXX-1. The clothing rack is to be used to hold the clothing of Class-D personnel involved in the testing of SCP-XXXX. The towels are to be washed in Laundromat 4A located in Sector A of Site-266 on a bi-weekly basis. The towels are available for Class-D to dry themselves off to mitigate the chances of the effects of SCP-XXXX-1 lasting after testing. After tests are conducted, the floor is to be wiped down to eliminate any left over water.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a white-colored bathtub-shower hybrid shower, recovered on 8/9/2023 from Houston, Texas by Agent ███████. The object is complete with items and features typically found within a standard, non-anomalous shower: a drain, shower head, temperature control knob, waterflow switch, curtains, and faucet. There is a vanilla-colored 'floor-mat' with a ridged pattern on it along with bottles commercial brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash soaps. Analysis of the soaps and floor-mat has revealed they are non-anomalous.
From the exterior and interior, SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be non-anomalous. SCP-XXXX-1's effects only begin and manifest when it is turned on. The object, once activated, will either increase or decrease the intelligence of the person(s) and any items inside. If the temperature control dial is pointed towards the section labelled as 'hot', the person(s) and any items inside will experience an increase in intelligence, with hotter temperatures having a greater increase than milder temperatures in this section. If the temperature control dial is pointed towards the section labelled as 'cold', the person(s) and any items inside will experience an decrease in intelligence, with colder temperatures having a greater decrease than warmer temperatures in this section. These effects become more and more drastic as more and more time is spent inside of the object. Testing to reveal the rate of change of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1’s effects only begin when a person or item enters, regardless of whether or not the object is activated. However, these effects have a 51% chance of only manifesting when the water from the shower head and/or faucet come in contact with items located inside. In the event of such instances, the object will randomly increase and/or decrease intelligence. In all cases, water left over on subject's skin will cause the events to continue, hence why Class D personnel must dry off after vacating SCP-XXXX-1 and water on the floors be wiped off.
After approximately one(1) hour, any and all items (including living organisms) will vanish from sight suddenly. Any items within are then immediately transported to SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 refers to the location personnel and items will be transported to after one (1) hour. SCP-XXXX-3 is the collective term applied to a group of predatory lifeforms located within SCP-XXXX-2. There are no survivors from encounters with SCP-XXXX-3 instances an therefore no further information relating to SCP-XXXX-3 is available. Exploration of SCP-XXXX-2 is ongoing. Eye witnesses' descriptions of SCP-XXXX-2 are inconclusive and vary. After spending approximately 3 hours within SCP-XXXX-2, personnel inside will suddenly re-appear at a location anywhere within a 1km radius around SCP-XXXX-1. This system does not account for any danger present in the re-emergence location, causing numerous injuries and in one case resulting in a [REDACTED].
