Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 12ft³ steel containment cell lined with Lead and/or Plutonium-244. Access to SCP-XXXX's cell is prohibited unless permission is granted by a Site Director, or as a routine cell decontamination. All personnel entering the cell must be wearing a hazmat suit lined with at least 4 layers of Lead, and no more than two may enter during cell decontamination.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large entity resembling a Eunectes murinus, or Green Anaconda. SCP-XXXX was found in a highly irradiated zone located in Argentina, only known as ████████. Due to SCP-XXXX's massive radioactive footprint and overall large size, it is capable of turning most environments into a radioactive wasteland within approximately [Redacted]. SCP-XXXX is extremely territorial, and will attack and kill all living beings that enter its living space, usually by asphyxiation, though it has been observed to emit large amounts of radiation as a means of defense. When it's territory is not threatened, SCP-XXXX will remain in a docile state.

SCP-XXXX consists of high amounts of Uranium-235, Cesium-137, Plutonium-238, and other highly radioactive isotopes. SCP-XXXX is also believed to have a Lead skeleton, though has yet to be confirmed by Foundation personnel.

SCP-XXXX does not appear to have any higher brain intellect beyond it's instinctual habits, thus containment breaches do not appear to be a threat. See Addendum 27/3/2018

Addendum 27/3/2018 During a routine decontamination, SCP-XXXX killed D-████ and D-████, before escaping through the cell door. Site-███ locked down and deemed nuclear hazard. SCP-XXXX was re-contained and relocated to Site-███.

Item#: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be held in DEDS-Zeta1 at Site-██. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, only personnel with experience in explosive defusal/disposal are allowed within a 1km radius of the containment zone.

During a PDX event, assigned personnel are to defuse and dispose of SCP-XXXX-C connected to SCP-XXXX-B. Should this fail, All Site-██ personnel are to follow PDX C-F event scenario evacuation protocols and locate to the nearest emergency bunker until the all-clear order from MTF Epsilon-9. For further information, see Addendum A.

Description: SCP-XXXX-A is a black and white feline, correlating to the breed of Maine Coon. Except during the event of a PDX-E scenario, it has proven impossible to discern whether the subject is living or dead, as all attempts to learn this have failed. SCP-XXXX-B is, upon first impression, an unsuspecting box which houses SCP-XXXX-A. However, long term containment has revealed SCP-XXXX-B to be an important factor in all PDX scenarios.

SCP-XXXX was discovered after a reported terror attack in the ███████ district of Vienna, Austria, sitting unscathed in the middle of what would have been the blast zone. Foundation agents located and acquired SCP-XXXX after questioning and subsequent amnesticization of law enforcement and local civilian witnesses.

SCP-XXXX has two phases; a Dormant state, and an Active state. SCP-XXXX remains in it's dormant state for a majority of the time. It's dormant state requires no personnel intervention besides surveillance to detect the formation of any instances of SCP-XXXX-C. When SCP-XXXX enters it's active state, SCP-XXXX-B will close it's top, before forming anywhere from 1 - 30 instances of SCP-XXXX-C, though any more than 5 may signify a PDX-F scenario event.

Addendum-A:

A PDX Scenario, short for Paradox Scenario, occurs when SCP-XXXX enters an active phase. All scenarios start with a base PDX, and has it's rating added after SCP-XXXX's return to dormant state.

Below is a complete list of PDX scenarios

  • PDX-A: Occurs after the successful disposal of a singular manifestation of SCP-XXXX-C. SCP-XXXX-A and B return to a dormant state.
  • PDX-B: Occurs after the successful disposal of several manifestations of SCP-XXXX-C. SCP-XXXX-A and B will eminate a deathly scent before returning to it's dormant state.
  • PDX-C: Occurs after a failed disposal of a singular manifestation of SCP-XXXX-C. SCP-XXXX-C detonates 2 minutes and 37 seconds after FOD2. yield can range from 1.20E-04 tons of TNT (The equivalent of a U.S. Military M67 handgrenade) to 0.0011kT of TNT, (Equivalent yield of a GBU-43/B MOAB) SCP-XXXX-A and B return to a dormant state.
  • PDX-D: Occurs after a failed disposal of multiple manifestations of SCP-XXXX-C up to 3. SCP-XXXX-C detonates approximately 6 minutes and 23 seconds after FOD. Yield ranges anywhere from .0005kT of TNT (The equivalent yield of a tomahawk cruise missile) to a 7.5kT of TNT (Equivalent to half the yield of Little Boy, the nuclear bomb used by the U.S. in WWII) SCP-XXXX-A and B return to a dormant state.
  • PDX-E: Occurs after a failed disposal of multiple manifestations of SCP-XXXX-C of up to 5. SCP-XXXX-C Detonates approximately 35 minutes and 42 minutes after FOD. Yield ranges from 15kt of TNT(equivalent to the yield of Little Boy.) to 500kt of TNT (equivalent yield to the Ivy King device.) SCP-XXXX-A and B return to a dormant state.
  • PDX-F: Occurs after a failed disposal of multiple manifestations of SCP-XXXX-C of 6 or more manifestations. Detonates approximately 3 hours, 18 minutes, and 2 seconds after FOD. Yield ranges from 1.2mT (equivalent of the B83 nuclear bomb, currently the most powerful bomb in the US active arsenal.) to ███gT of TNT (No known equivalent currently exists). PDX-F is the only scenario where SCP-XXXX-A will [REDACTED].
