Special Containment Procedures:
SCP 5146 is allowed to roam the facility (granted it doesn't breach safety protocols) during daytime hours, but must return to its quarters at night. It must be accompanied by two guards when it leaves its private quarters. Two guards are also to protect its quarters. With level 3 clearance, SCP 5146 will be granted permission to enter the holding cells of other SCPs.
SCP 5146 can make requests for specific items. Its quarters include a table, a restroom, a king size bed, and a very large bookself. When not in use, SCP 5146 will spend most of its time here. Its room is one of the least secure in foundation history, but that isn't a problem as it will only be here a few times a week, typically visiting other facilities for testing.
Description:
SCP 5146 resembles a young boy with dark skin, black hair, and pitch black eyes. Testing for blood type and heritage has proved ineffective. It is unknown how 5146 found its way into the facility, but was found in SCP 173s cell.
Its anomalous effects seem to be an immunity to all other anomalous effects, making it an invaluable resource to the foundation as it allows for proper research. It is of note, however, that SCPs such as SCP 706 and SCP 294, whose anomalies are self contained, are unaffected by SCP 5146.
Testing Logs:
SCP 173
SCP 5146 was brought into SCP 173's containment cell with a pencil and a notepad. He was told to write down anything that happened. There were no outside influences, such as anybody watching the room. After 15 minutes, SCP 5146 left the room and handed one of the guards a crudely written note saying "I touched it and nothing happened. I blinked and I'm still alive. Are you sure nobody else was watching?". The guard did confirm with him that SCP 173 did not attack.
SCP 096
With the same circumstances, SCP 5146 entered the containment cell with SCP 096. He left the room roughly 20 minutes later with a note saying "I gave him a hug. I think he needed it."
SCP 706
SCP 5146 entered 706's holding cell with a light hammer and a nail alongside two guards. They asked for her hand and gently, yet firmly held it in place as 5146 made a tiny scratch on her middle finger. A researcher interviewed him afterwards and asked why he made such a small scratch. He replied "She's been hurt enough already. I don't want to break her any more."
SCP 166
By her request, she wanted to wear casual clothing as SCP 5146 interviewed her since it wouldn't take long. They were sat with glass in between to seperate them incase anything went wrong. The two had a mostly private conversation. Afterwards, a researcher interviewed him and asked "Did you feel any extreme sexual reactions to SCP 166?" 5146 responded with "She's just a pretty girl, and I felt nothing more than that."
SCP 3000
Although they were unwilling to bring 5146 down to 3000 for fear of losing it, they asked 5146 three simple addition questions and told him to memorize his answers. Afterwards, they applied the amnestics to him, and when he was asked if he remembered his answers, he got all three right.
SCP 1504
He was sitted in a room with him and interviewed him with three guards watching over them. SCP 5146 also wrote down all of 1504's responses. From 5146's account, the conservation went like this:
5146: "Hello sir, I am here to interview you, but later, I am going to try to hurt you."
1504: "Oh cool. I guess you //aren't // like all the other dumb[REDACTED]?"
5146: "That's a very crude thing for you to say sir. I heard you were nicer than this."
1504: "Wait, you can hear me?"
5146: "Can most not?"
1504: "No- I mean, these 'smart' people think I'm only immune to being hurt and hear me as some nice guy. They don't hear what I'm really saying."
5146: "I will certainly tell them sir. I'm sorry you've had to put up with that. How long have you been dealing with it?"
1504: "Since I was born. It's been a lonely 28 years."
5146: "I guess I won't have to hurt you if I already know that I am immune to your anomaly."
1504: "That's great, kid. If you can, give them a request that I'd like to see you again. It feels great to finally talk to someone."
5146: "I will."
Since then, SCP 5146 has visited 1504 twice a month.
