Special Containment Procedures:Following Incident-1, SCP-4155 is to be placed in a max security anomalous object vault requiring security clearance or level 4 or above to open. SCP-4155 is to be secured in its vault so that its needle has at least three inches of space from the vault's walls. SCP-4155 is not to be tested unless requested by a level 4 or above staff member. All personnel are ordered to not interact with SCP-4155 unless it is to be preserved in the event of a containment breach. The old containment procedures will be left on this document for the sake of records.
SCP-4155 is to be kept in a standard anomalous object containment vault in site-███. SCP-4155 is not to be removed unless for testing or to preserve it in the event of a containment breach.Proposed tests must be approved by at least two staff members with security clearance of 2 or above.
Extreme caution is to be used when testing SCP-4155 as the needle could cause extreme structural damage or harm to other foundation personnel. As such, only those with training or experience in medical injections are authorized to handle it. When SCP-4155 is returned to its designated vault after testing is concluded, its severity dial is to be set to mild and its keyboard screen empty.
Description:SCP-4155 is an object similar to the look of a epinephrine auto-injector like an Epipen with the anomalous ability to "imprint" living organisms or inorganic objects with an allergic reaction to a specific object. SCP-4155 is empty and does not require any medication in it to activate its effects. SCP-4155 has notable differences from a normal injector. It is slightly larger than normal injectors , the right side of SCP-4155 there is a miniature "qwerty" keyboard on its base, and the left side there is a small twist dial with different settings from "mild" to "lethal". When a word is typed into the keyboard and a setting on the dial has been selected, the needle will imprint its anomalous effect on any object touched by it. An imprinted object, organic or inorganic, will display allergy-like symptoms when in close proximity with the object entered into the keyboard. SCP-4155 was discovered in the ruins of a pharmaceutical lab in ██████, Ohio on 11/19/████. SCP-4155 was found with the setting on lethal and the keyword to be concrete. It appears that SCP-4155 was dropped on to the floor of the lab which was concrete. As a result, the structure collapsed, leaving all individuals inside dead. After searching through the ruins, a document was found, describing how SCP-4155 was developed initially to eliminate allergies, not induce them. The incident was successfully covered up as poor structure foundation and SCP-4155 was successfully extracted to site-███ for containment.

Analysis:SCP-4155 appears to be efficient at complete destruction. Request filed to use SCP-4155 for a more efficient trash disposal for site-███. Request denied.

Results:Subject breaks out into hives and pores, subject states that his "insides hurt".

Procedure:Given different anti-allergy medications over a period of weeks
Results:No observable effect
Analysis:Given that the allergy medications had no effect, it is concluded that no allergy medication can remove SCP-4155's anomalous effect
Addendum:Subject D-7672 dies via multiple organ failures 2 days after Test C-2, autopsy reveals that severe rashes and hives have formed in his organs, slowing and eventually stopping his organs.

Subject:A oak tree outside of Site-███

Results:After being struck with a standard steel ax, aside from the rashes and hives, was discovered to have cut 23 centimeters deeper into the tree then the same cut would on an unimprinted tree.
Analysis:It appears that it could be potentially used to increase effectiveness of tools and weapons. Further testing required.

Incident-4155-1:During this test, a tremor happened near site-███, causing designated researcher testing SCP-4155 to stumble and drop SCP-4155 , which hit the floor under D-7753. Since the floor was supported by steel beams, the floor sustained extreme structural damage, which caused site-███ to partially collapse, killing 17 D-class, including D-7753, 5 research staff, and 2 security staff. Following this, all testing of SCP-4155 has been banned and SCP-4155 special containment procedures having been rewritten.
