Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4052 is to be held in Site- ██, where the room is to have nothing in it only a 400 lbs glass wall to keep it from getting to the personnel. The room has to be 3 meter tall by 6 meter wide by 3.3 meter in length. To enter the room you must be wearing a suit made a ivory and also sunglasses of the same material, this is because SCP-4052 seems to not wan't ivory around it ( SCP-4052 will back into a corner and tell the personnel that it is "allergic" to that material ). When personnel are to enter they must not bring anything that is not made of ivory, unless it is to weigh more than 235 lbs.

Description : SCP-4052 is a humanoid creature, who resembles a fifty year man who is 2.4 meter in height, weighs 235 lbs and has a slim body type. SCP-4052 wears a black suit with a black top hat. SCP-4052 is a friendly entity but can be rude and nasty when provoked. SCP-4052 likes a talk about outer space ( talks about Neptune the most out of the planets in the solar system ). SCP-4052 may be from Neptune since it is what it seems to know a lot about ( When asked if that is true SCP-4052 will shrug it's shoulder and have a smirk on it's face ). SCP-4052 carries around a wooden staff never putting it down. SCP-4052 can speak English and a unknown language SCP-4052 uses only to speak to himself with. SCP-4052 will answer to the name William. SCP-4052 has a blue mark under the left eye, when asked about it SCP-4052 does not seem to care to answer the question.

SCP-4052 seems to have a kind of ability of a mirror. SCP-4052 can change places with other living things but there seems to be a time limit. SCP-4052 can copy the way the personnel look even down to their voice. SCP-4052 also changes places with inanimate objects ( SCP-4052 seems not to have a time limit when he does this ) but they have to weigh less than him or the same weight as SCP-4052 ( this goes for inanimate objects and living things ). The objects have to be in SCP-4052's line of sight for the ability to work properly. The blue mark stays on SCP-4052's face ( which is a way to tell him apart if you where to be copied ). SCP-4052 can use the ability to swap inanimate objects around but will go back to there original location after ten minutes of SCP-4052 looking away. The objects that SCP-4052 swaps can be picked up and moved.

Addendum: SCP-4052's staff can not be touched by any personnel or any other SCP's told to touch it. SCP-4052 will let any SCP or personnel touch it if asked but he won't let go of it. When asked about the staff SCP-4052 will just stare and not blink, until asked another question. When the staff is touched to sends a shock through their body. They also receive very bad luck no matter who attempts to grab it and will see into the future, where they see how they'll die. SCP-4052 does not eat sleep or drink anything to survive.
