Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-xxx is to be contained within a standard 5m x 5m x 5m reinforced containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber must remain sealed at all times, with access restricted to Level 3 personnel or higher. All testing requires written approval from at least two Level 4 personnel.
A live audio feed from the chamber is to be monitored continuously. Any unusual sounds emanating from SCP-xxx's chamber must be reported immediately to the Site Director. Under no circumstances should SCP-xxx be interacted with directly without proper clearance.
Description:
SCP-xxx is a humanoid entity approximately 2.1 meters in height, composed of a translucent, gelatinous material that emits a faint blue bioluminescent glow. SCP-xxx appears to be sentient and is capable of basic verbal communication in multiple languages, though it predominantly speaks in an unknown dialect.
When a subject enters a 5-meter radius of SCP-xxx, they begin to exhibit symptoms of extreme nostalgia, often recalling vivid memories they have no prior recollection of experiencing. Subjects consistently report feeling a "deep emotional bond" to these fabricated memories. Prolonged exposure to SCP-xxx (beyond 30 minutes) has resulted in subjects exhibiting signs of psychological distress, including anxiety, dissociation, and in rare cases, catatonia.
SCP-xxx does not appear hostile, but its influence on human cognition presents significant containment challenges. It has shown no need for sustenance and remains stationary unless provoked.

Incident Report xxx-Alpha
On ██/██/20██, during routine testing, Researcher █████ entered SCP-xxx's containment chamber without proper cognitive shielding. Within minutes, the researcher began recounting a childhood spent on "an alien world with crimson skies," describing detailed cultural practices and landscapes inconsistent with Earth. The researcher later collapsed and was unresponsive for three days. Following the incident, SCP-xxx appeared agitated, emitting a continuous low-frequency hum until containment procedures were reestablished.
Further investigation into SCP-xxx's ability to fabricate memories is ongoing.
