Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to
be stored on a standard USB drive and kept in a lockbox
until testing is to be conducted. When undergoing testing
of SCP- XXXX no security cameras are to face monitors
showing SCP-XXXX. No more than one foundation personnel
are to conduct tests at a time and no less than two on site
security officers are to be present outside the room where testing
of SCP- XXXX is being observed. Testing must be approved by a
Site Director.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Graphic Interchange Format or GIF,
that appears to be of a small canine running through a field lasting
approximately 2.4 seconds. When viewed by 2 or more human individuals
the GIF will not appear to change or have an anomalous effect on the viewers
until it has looped at least 1 time. Once this has occurred the viewers will proceed
to comment on the GIF, usually in a fond matter. After about a minute of discussion
the conversation will turn into an argument, as all individuals who viewed the video will
begin to argue about the pronunciation of the word GIF. After some time arguing, the viewers
will begin to attack each other and will not stop until all but one are terminated. Note that in
the argument every member of the party that viewed SCP-XXXX will have a different way of
pronunciation. The effect will not take place unless SCP-XXXX has been viewed in it's entirety.
No anomalous effect will be had on a single viewer.

Subjects D-8293 and D-2537 were placed in a padded room with a single monitor that after 1 minute began to loop SCP-XXXX. D-8293 is a 6'7 43 year old Caucasian male weighing 250 pounds. D-2537 is a 5'4 22 year old asian male weighing 113 pounds.

After about 5 loops D-8293 and D-2537 began conversation.
D-8293: Heh that was cute.
D-2537: Yeah reminds me of another GIF (pronounced guh-if) I saw with a
chihuahua running towards- [D-2537 is cut off by D-8293].
D-8293: GIF (pronounced juh-if)
D-2537:What?
D-8293: You pronounced it wrong. It's GIF not GIF.
D-2537: Oh you are one of those morons who pronounce it that way.
D-8293: What did you call me you little punk?
D-2537: I called you a [DATA EXPUNGED] moron!
D-2527 and D-8293 proceed to argue and insult each other over the others pronunciation
of the word GIF for approximately 23 minutes.
D-8293: God of course someone like you would be this pretentious.
D-2527: What do you mean someone like me?
D-8293 I mean a [DATA EXPUNGED].
D-2527 Come here you son of a [DATA EXPUNGED].
At this point a physical altercation broke out between D-2527 and D-8293.
