After SCP-XXXX consumed, dreamers will be able to explore Empty City in their sleep, Empty City is a dream dimension filled with the dreamer’s subconscious, mermories and traumas.

Dreamer can see silhouettes of known people but cant interact with them, However Dreamer can interact with other dreamers if they are sleeping at the same time. In a situation several dreamers meet each other in Empty City, they can’t wake up intentionally even they know they are sleeping.

Dreamers will stay in Empty City until their body either gets harmed or runs out vital needs,
Humans or other Humanoid SCPs can be trapped in Empty City.
