Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is to be contained in a standard 4 digit safe inside a vault
at Sector █. The code to the safe must be changed every 2 weeks. Nobody with less than level 4
clearance may access to the vault or code to the safe. If anyone with less than level 4 clearance has been given access to the safe they and the personnel they received access from are to have their current clearance demoted to level 1. Their access to SCP-5000 are to be confiscated and are to be given class B amnestics.
