Description: SCP is made out of an unknown Water Glowing liquid that's ever-flowing. Its humanoid Sentient Body Consists of 4 Arms with a big Gauntlet like hands, its head has 3 spikes that
resembles hair and Its Face is a Strange Swirl.

SCP Doesn't have a Voice instead it Mimics what it Hears to communicate. There's this one thing, in particular, SCP says over and over again is ''Memories'' in an unfamiliar voice. it's Liquid isn't easily taken because of SCP's Ability to Phase through Objects except for Living things and Strangely anything that's Frozen… SCP's Liquid reacts like slime so it won't attach directly to anything.

It seems SCP could infinitely produce its Strange Liquid and when observing it would often use its Liquid to reenact what it has seen before like Mammoth fighting with a Human Hunter or a Sabertooth growling or one of the personnel.

Experiment SCP Test

We tested on what would happen if SCP touches another liquid. So we sent Class-D personnel to deliver a water cup on the Containment Cell and have it put on the floor, SCP doesn't seem to mind and The Class-D immediately run over the exit and got out safely. So SCP kneels and touches it and in doing so, it said ''Memories'' and Suddenly SCP's Water is forming around itself and so SCP Reenact what happened to the water before it got here and eventually it reenacts itself doing it immediately ''that's enough. You did well SCP'' said Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] Consider this Experiment a Success.
