The Know-It-All

Containment Procedures:
Subject is to be contained in a humanoid containment cell in site , it is to be given anesthesia every night before the go to sleep. There must be at least one doctor in earshot of it's containment cell at all times that it is awake. As of Addendum-_-A SCP _ will be visited by the onsite psychiatrist once a week.

Description: SCP ___ is a Caucasian male humanoid approximately 1.8 meters tall and 17 years of age, it has the physical characteristics of a standard teenager. The SCP has a generally apathetic attitude and will rarely cooperate with facility personnel, it also seems to have a high pain threshold and has yet to be seen reacting to pain such as electric shocks and on one occasion a bullet in its leg.

SCP has knowledge of everything past and present including an individuals thoughts, faces, whereabouts, and mental health at any given point in their life so far no matter how minuscule the detail is. However due to the constant stream of new information coming in from trillions of events happening all over the universe the SCP is unable to sleep usually passing out from exhaustion due to the lack of it. They eventually requested anesthetics to help them sleep. The SCP rarely shares knowledge and will mainly be at best uninterested and at worst sarcastic and irritated, multiple attempts have been made to get them to cooperate but their pain tolerance and immunity to any means of mind altering have made it incredibly difficult. However they have been willing to make a deal in return for certain information.
