Wazikamawata-1

Item #: SCP-3982

Object Class: Keter-potissimus

Special Containment Procedures: Foundation agents Automated observation tools are to continually monitor Jupiter, all its orbiting bodies, and asteroid B-923. Under no circumstances are any Foundation employees to view SCP-3982 in any capacity. If any deviation from current astrological mapping is observed, protocol 3982-SOLARIS is to be enacted.

Description: SCP-3982 is a humanoid, presumed male creature comprised predominately of a dark, unknown material. Although SCP-3982 is currently isolated on the Jupiter moon [REDACTED], minor changes to the projected path of asteroid B-923, henceforth SCP-3982-1, may cause a near-pass with SCP-3982, thereby facilitating a containment breach. Resometric analysis of SCP-3982-1 reveals a combination of hydrogen, water, magma, diamond, and an anomalous compound. Simulations of chemical interactions between SCP-3982 and SCP-3982-1 suggest the resulting reaction may cause a ΨK-Class End-Of-The-Universe scenario, thus the separation of SCP-3982 and SCP-3982-1 is considered an Alpha-level priority1. Foundation Satellites orbiting Jupiter have recorded audial expressions from SCP-3982 resembling speech in an unidentified language. Foundation philologists have seen limited success in translation, however confirmed phrases have included "Earth", descriptions matching the appearance of SCP-169 and SCP-999, and lyrics to a whistled tune2. Uninterrupted visual tracking has proven difficult, as SCP-3982 has been recorded moving at speeds up to 149,896,229 meters per second3.

Addendum 3982/A.1: Project 3982-HALLEY
On ██/█/████ Project 3982-HALLEY was initiated in an attempt to neutralize SCP-3982-1. Orbital Task Force ढ-3 (The Ides) engaged SCP-3982-1, but were unsuccessful in its destruction, instead causing a collision with Venus. Scientific forums were monitored over the following week for mention of anomalous asteroid behavior, and all witnesses to the event subsequently discredited.

Addendum A.2: Behavioral developments
█ days after the events of Addendum 3982/A.1, SCP-3982 began staring at a monitoring satellite, before emitting a loud noise approximately ████dB in volume and violently expelling a black liquid from its head. It is assumed SCP-3982 is aware of Foundation activity, and site-██ has been placed on high alert.

Addendum A.3: Additional anomalous behavior
On ██/██/████, several Foundation agents monitoring SCP-3982 began leaking a black substance from their eyes, which rapidly formed a cocoon. These cocoons have proved impregnable and thus all attempts to retrieve subjects have thus far failed. SCP-3982 has been classified a cognitohazardous entity and its containment procedures updated to reflect this.
