Special Containment Procedures: The only current way to manage and postpone the effects of SCP-XXXX is to abide to it's commands through all means. No persons or Personnel outside of the facility are to become aware of SCP-XXXX'S presence at any given time.
If the actions of SCP-XXXX are disregarded by aware personnel, said person is to be terminated by any means as quickly as possible for the sake of said person.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an ever-present ruling force that lurks around the population of Earth's peoples. SCP-XXXX is never seen physically but is always mentioned as a presence by personnel who become aware of SCP-XXXX's presence, any personnel who become aware of SCP-XXXX's existence wind up in a constantly anxious state, describing a feeling of being constantly watched or stalked by a group of peoples. No current description on what these "Peoples" look like has been provided by personnel who have been exposed to SCP-XXXX's existence and presence.
Addendum XXXX.1: Interview with Mr. █████
Dr.Manson: What do you know about the "Presence" you describe? or what can you tell me?
Subject: Oh, good God. Alright, it's like— knowing someone or something is watching you.
Dr. Manson: Can you elaborate?
Subject: No. don't do this, I can NEVER speak of this under any means!
[ Subject begins to sweat and panic in a frantic state of anger]
Dr.Manson: I'm sorry sir, but we need as much information as we can get—
Subject: Stop! This interview needs to end now!
[ Subject begins to bleed from mouth.]

[ Subject stands from table and begins to leave the room.]
