Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a secure storage locker at Site-76. Clearance level 4 with authorization is required to access the artifact. Personnel accessing SCP-XXXX are required to have been inspected and approved by psychiatric staff. While being accessed, the accessor of SCP-XXXX must be contained in a padded 5x5 onsite cell. When finished accessing the artifact, the accessor must remain onsite in the same cell for 24 hours afterwards to ensure a safe physiological state.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a black wristband with no visible marks made out of a cotton-like material. The main effect of SCP-XXXX is that when an accessor wears the band, the user begins to focus on a specific emotion. For example: If an anonymous accessor had been suffering from General Anxiety Disorder, the feeling of Anxiety could be amplified deeply. However, if the before mention anonymous user were feeling particularly gleeful at that time, the user could begin to feel uncontrollably happy. Currently, There are no known ways to affect which emotion is triggered.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was located in Miami, Florida. It was identified after a man had informed authorities that his armband had made him feel uncontrollable emotions, he was dismissed by authorities. The man was later identified as Brad Giovanni when he was found to have committed suicide. Following a Psychological background check, an SCP informant extracted the artifact and had it safely moved to Site-76.1
