Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX does not require containment. Subject poses very little threat to any life or assets. This in combination with SCP-XXXX's obvious consciousness means that the object is free to roam anywhere. In the event SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties are discovered by it or any other civilian, affected individual(s) are to be sedated and released. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to leave Europe under any circumstances.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sixteen (16) year old Caucasian English male, 5"7 with no distinct physical abnormalities. SCP-XXXX has the anomalous property of making any workload last abnormally longer than if it were not present. To elaborate, SCP-XXXX increases the workload of any human within five (5) metres drastically, ranging from twice as much work, to three hundred and forty (340) times more work. Any subject affected by this anomalous effect will remain in an entranced state, unable to stop working until said work/job is complete. This can lead to death in very rare and extreme cases. Subject will usually show no recognition of increased workload, even after working for upwards of 24 hours straight without food or drink.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered in █████████, UK when local news outlets reported on a school that had killed a student by setting 200 hours of homework. After low-level foundation scouts were sent to the city, SCP-XXXX was discovered after 36 children did not return from school. Foundation operatives located missing children in co-operation with local authorities and SCP-XXXX was contained and transported to Site-██b, USA. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties were not fully understood until Retrieval Team Epsilon-9 did not return to The United States for an additional two (2) weeks. It is currently theorized SCP-XXXX increased the workload of Retrieval Team Epsilon-9 considering on-board tracking devices showed the aircraft stopping in Spain, France and Hawaii before returning to Site-██b.
Addendum XXXX-1: On 12/05/17 Site-██b suffered a catastrophic containment failure resulting in 135 simultaneous containment breaches, including SCP-XXXX. Recovered video feed shows SCP-XXXX wandering the halls during this breach event.
