Special Containment Procedures.

SCP-6580 is to be contained in a reinforced tungsten chamber 15 inches thick on orders of 05-██. Outside the chamber is a 10m squared magnesium room and one door leading to the entrance and surveillance room. This chamber is to be full of methoxyflurane gas and all personnel entering have to wear a HAZMAT Protection Level A suit so they are not to be put to sleep there are to be 2 airtight sealed doors that should be opened and closed one at a time. Once entered the doors will shut and the air will be cleaned only then will you be able to open the second set of doors and enter the room.

The chamber is to be sealed for 23 hours a day and only opened to give
SCP-6580 exercise in a concrete room that is connected to the chamber with a tungsten door that is 10 metres by 10 metres by 10 metres.

There are to be no personal within a 5 metre radius at this time. If so that person will become
SCP-6580-A1. SCP-6580 will become very hostile and try to attack and kill SCP-6580-A1 for approximately 30-40 minutes.

If SCP-6580 is not able to kill an entity every 1 to 4 hours then SCP-6580 will start to duplicate. In one instance this happened 43 times leading to 4 deaths and 7 injuries at Site-[REDACTED].

There is to be camera surveillance on at all times inside the chamber and exercise room. There are also thermal cameras lining the chamber walls.

Description:

SCP-6580 is a 7 foot tall humanoid entity with amber slits in its face. From the tests done on the the entity by Dr.████ of ██████ these act as eyes. SCP-6580 weighs 75kg and it is very skinny and shows no signs of fat on any part of its body although it is very muscular. Test have shown it can lift 3 times its own weight.
It's legs are lean and long taking up a third of 6580's height. 6580 appears to have no bones but yet it stills stands like any normal human being would.
It's skin is jet black on all parts of the entity.
The only facial feature is the amber slits the rest of the face is blank.
SCP-6580 can speak several languages including English, Spanish and Mandarin.

SCP-6580 originally had white eyes that had no pupils but when Santo 2 captured him he had the ability to temporarily blind anyone if they viewed his eyes directly within 5 metres of him but then once in containment the foundation personnel used cameras to put the amber slits over it's eyeball's
to neutralize

SCP-6580 has been clocked at travelling 25 km/h to ███ km/h during the Site-[REDACTED] breach on the █ /██/████.

SCP-6580 does not acknowledge Class-D 3490. 18:20 nothing has happened yet. 13:08 SCP-6580 nears Class-D 3490. 14:10 SCP-6580 grabs Class-D 3490 by the neck and violently shakes Class-D 3490 choking and slowly cracking Class-D 3490's neck. 15:33 Test concluded Class-D 3490 dead.

Interviewer: This conversation will be recorded. Please begin when ready.

Person: It was June, I remember it being very hot and everyone looked like they were not on top of there game. I checked my watch and it was noon. I was on my patrol around the Heavy Containment Zone and that was when I bumped into my colleague Teddy ████. He had said that SCP-6580 was acting up but we both thought nothing of it naturally blaming it on the heat. Nothing really happened until I finished my patrol and was heading back when…

Interviewer: [Don't do one of the long pauses this is serious.]

Person: [Alright, Alright. Anyway I then heard screams and loud thuds like there was a stampede going on and that was were I saw it coming straight for me SCP-6580 It was running at what looked like the speed of sound. I turned a corner and ran before tucking into a doorway feeling the air slap my face as it run past me. It was followed by screams and then loud choking noises and finally cracks the noise alone sent shivers down my spine.

Interviewer: And how fast do you think that it was running?

Person: Oh easily ███ km/h

Interviewer: Ok carry on

Person: I heard the noise fade away and it was then when I alerted a breach. Drawing my handgun I pursued SCP-6580 across the foundation. I eventually found it at the entrance to the Class-D quarters already engaged by the RRS and MTF. I put 5 rounds into its legs and chest but it wasn't phased whatsoever. The rest of the ISD then turned up about 20 seconds later with Anti-Tank weapons and it was only then when it looked and sounded like it was being effected. It let out high pitched screams for multiple seconds every time it was hit. The MTF left and came back with methoxyflurane gas grenades. The gas grenades knocked out SCP-6580 for a few minutes but that was all we needed because when it regained it's consciousness it was back in containment. I walked the now empty corridors covered in blood and corpses as I went to inform the Site Manager about the gases effects on SCP-6580.
