Item #: SCP-!@#$
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-!@#$ is to be contained in a five by four meter room equipped with all the necessary furniture for sleeping, eating, and mild entertainment. Giving SCP-!@#$ any form of writing tools, including but not limited to paper, pencils, pens, keyboards, tablets, computers, coal, ink, et cetera, is strictly forbidden and is ground for immediate disciplinary measures. The room is to be kept at twenty five degrees Celsius at all times, and weekly cleaning and inspection of the room is required to ensure that SCP-!@#$ doesn't use the accumulated dust on surfaces to write. During this time SCP-!@#$ will be moved to a temporary containment cell by no less than two armed personnel with permission to terminate SCP-!@#$ if it attempts any further containment breaches. SCP-!@#$ should also be monitored for any for of self harm as it could use its own blood to write on the floor, or any other surface available to it. If SCP-!@#$ tries to use its own blood as a writing resource security personnel are to enter the room and subdue SCP-!@#$ with tasers.
Description: SCP-!@#$ appears to be an ordinary young man, age 19, height 1.88 meters, with a slim, almost starved body shape, dressed at all times in black clothing consisting of a trenchcoat, a hoodie, regular black pants, and a pair of black boots resembling those of our own security personnel. SCP-!@#$ was found after it accidentally dropped a pile of papers it held while bumping one of our agents who was undercover at the time. SCP-!@#$ seems to posses the ability to influence events by simply writing on any surfaces, with any tools at its disposal. Upon writing the words out the letters disappear and can not be visible with the naked eye, however SCP-!@#$ appears to still can read what it wrote as if the words were still there.
Addendum: SCP-!@#$ seems to be of no harm to those who it perceives as innocent, or harmless people, but appears to despise the Foundation and almost everyone associated with it. However it did make friendships with some of the site personnel, both security and research, and seems to enjoy their company. However, when presented with someone who SCP-!@#$ doesn't perceive as innocent, harmless, or otherwise friendly it will immediately show its distaste for them in form of vulgar insults, bratty behavior, and general actions of hate, including assault in some cases. How does SCP-!@#$ know all of the personnel at its current holding site is unknown, but insists it has its ways of knowing these things. Whether that is true or not is the subject of an ongoing debate regarding SCP-!@#$. For more in depth understanding please look over test log [redacted], and interview log [redacted].
