Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. There must be no surveillance systems inside of SCP-XXXX's cell, and anything given to SCP-XXXX must be via a programmed drone. Personnel entering SCP-XXXX's containment cell must have permission from the site director. Personnel who have seen SCP-XXXX in person or in a picture or video must be administered class-A amnestics.
Any picture or video taken of SCP-XXXX must be reported to the site director and dealt with accordingly.
SCP-XXXX must have access to a mobile phone capable of texting another mobile phone used by researchers.
Description: SCP-XXXX described by personnel who have viewed it is a teenage boy of African American descent. Subjects who have viewed SCP-XXXX claim it exhibits normal features of a human.
When someone sees SCP-XXXX in person or by picture or video, they will experience a severe feeling of fear. If a person is within a 2-meter radius of SCP-XXXX they will experience a heart attack and die.
Any person who has viewed SCP-XXXX will feel extreme anxiety and paranoia at all times unless SCP-XXXX's appearance is wiped from their memory. The fear effect is not limited to humans and has worked on several animals and other SCPs, because of this, SCP-XXXX has been used to contain and re-contain SCPs.
SCP-XXXX is to be interviewed by researchers through texting between two mobile phones. SCP-XXXX's current phone number is [REDACTED] and the researchers' phone number is [REDACTED].
SCP-XXXX is usually compliant to researchers and has expressed no feelings of resentment to the staff and foundation.
Recovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered by the foundation it caused a commotion in Downton Toronto after walking into the open in a large densely packed civilian area.
The foundation was notified and after learning of its anomalous ability dispatched Mobile Task Force Eta-10 "See No Evil" to the location. SCP-XXXX was successfully extracted, and class A amnestics were administered to civilians and MTF soldiers.
