SCP-XXXX inside its containment chamber

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to stored in the centre of a standard steel-walled cuboidal containment chamber measuring no less than 10 metres on each side. At least ten appropriately rusted and/or corroded objects are to be placed in the chamber with SCP-XXXX. Objects should be replaced daily or when current objects have lost all corrosion and damage. SCP-XXXX is to be moved to an identical alternate chamber when engravings cover more than 50% of the current chamber walls' area. No human personnel are to enter SCP-XXXX's test chamber and guards must screen and prevent any gold from being in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a slightly damaged gold coin which contains a currently untranslated Arabic script. Objects which are brought within a radius of 14 metres to SCP-XXXX will tend towards a state of order. Testing has shown that SCP-XXXX's effects begin when an object is in proximity to SCP-XXXX (within a radius of 2 metres) for approximately two minutes. Contact with SCP-XXXX results in objects displaying much more ornate or advanced features like engravings and in some cases causes objects to change physical form entirely. Outcome:
After 2 minutes: Cards shuffled into original order.
After 10 minutes: Cards display higher quality illustrations.

Notes: Engravings on iron rod depict fairly detailed illustrations of a man throwing a spear. Script similar to SCP-XXXX is also visible.

Subject: Two (2) steel cubes, one significantly more damaged and corroded than the other.

Outcome:
After 2 minutes: The more damaged cube has been refined to a clean undamaged state. The other is relatively unaffected.
After 4 minutes: The second cube has been restored to a pristine state.

Notes: The test shows that SCP-XXXX preferentially acts on more damaged items first. This property may be exploited to protect the containment chamber from SCP-XXXX's effects. - Dr. M█████

Subject: One (1) brown laboratory mouse.

Outcome:
After 2 minutes: Any dirt or debris is removed from the mouse's fur.
After 10 minutes: Subject's fur becomes white and unusually reflective.
After 14 minutes: Subject attempts to dig violently through the chamber's floor.
After 24 minutes: Mouse begins to convulse before collapsing, deceased.

Notes: Autopsy reveals a very low amount of ATP in cells but no other sign of necrosis in the body. Cause of death may be due to the effects of SCP-XXXX preventing cell respiration by stopping the "decay" of glucose to produce ATP. - Dr. M█████

As of the initial test on SCP-XXXX concerning the gold coins, SCP-XXXX began displaying a greater area of effect than was observed previously, exceeding the area of its initial 20 x 20 x 20-metre containment chamber. This change was not taken note of at the time of occurrence. From this point, Dr. M█████, the researcher assigned to the project began to display a keen interest in exposing objects made of gold, including a gold ingot and a large [DATA EXPUNGED] to SCP-XXXX. The change in SCP-XXXX's characteristics and Dr. M█████'s suspicious behaviour was recorded on 03/07/████ when the outside of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber began showing similar changes to SCP-XXXX's effects. As of 04/07/████, SCP-XXXX has been re-contained in a larger containment chamber. Of note is a significant increase in SCP-XXXX's physical size. Dr. M█████ has been administered Class-B amnestics and is officially removed from this project.

Upon the discovery of SCP-XXXX's response to gold and its memetic properties, containment procedures have been revised to prohibit human interaction within SCP-XXXX's area of influence as well as a larger containment chamber needing to be used. Further, all testing involving gold is prohibited.

After Dr. M█████'s unfortunate removal from his position overseeing the research on SCP-XXXX, I have been assigned to this project. I have some findings that you and your team will no doubt find interesting. Upon inspection of the damaged containment chamber left behind after the containment breach, we have found the inner and outer walls of the chamber covered in similar engravings that SCP-XXXX causes to appear on any object in its vicinity. Closer inspection has revealed, that the engravings contain Arabic-like script similar to what is seen on the coin itself.

If you are able to make an attempt to translate the inscriptions, it would be much appreciated.

"The elders say that the sun setting on our empire is natural. The darkness overcomes his twin, the light, as he slides across the body of our mother earth. The other empires circle like vultures above us, waiting for our final breaths in their demons of glistening silver. We are like wind, fleeting, forgotten.
