Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX1 is to be contained in a 3x3x3 meter containment chamber, with SCP-XXX2-D. All personnel who want to contact/test with SCP-XXX1-D-SH must contact MTF Agent Hooper for the following:
- Testing
- Speaking with SCP-XXX1
- Other actions that require interacting with the subject
All personnel require confirmation from any actions involved with SCP-XXX1-D-SH from Researcher Otis, the acting Site Director for Site-██.
Description: SCP-XXX1 is the designation given to MTF Agent Cory, a former member of Mobile Task Force [DATA EXPUNGED]. The subject appears to be a Caucasian male, with an optical unit for it's face. Further testing must resolve the ongoing research on if SCP-XXX1 is a cyclops, or has an optical unit for a face.

Why the [EXPLETIVE DELETED] has MTF Agent Cory been designated as a SCP, and why has Acting Site Director and Researcher Otis done this? I will be investigating this matter soon.

Camera feed in SCP-XXXX-D-SH shows MTF Agent Hooper guarding the containment chamber, and then MTF Agent Triana enters the room.
Triana: I want answers. Why has Otis put Cory into containment? He isn't harmful.
Hooper: Triana, don't do this.
Triana: I. Want. The. Answers… NOW!
Hooper: Hooper would draw his gun out on Triana, and would vocalize: Stop Triana.
Triana: How about… Triana would shoot Hooper, and he would be knocked unconscious. He was presumed to be KIA.
SCP-XXX1: Reacting to the gunshot, he would vocalize: Woah. Who's there? Please, let us out. We mean no harm!
Triana: Don't worry Cory, The containment chamber's door would open come on. We have some work to do.

Under the order of the O5 Council, the original file of SCP-XXX1-D-SH-1-B has been officially revoked from the file, due to the events that followed during the containment breach. In order to read the Incident Log, all personnel require permission from the O5 Council. You have been warned.

After Personnel Director Dr. J. Bright casted a vote amongst the O5 Council that SCP-XXX1 should be decommissioned won a 3/4 vote supporting the decommission.
Dr. J. Bright: From this day forward, after winning a 3/4 vote, SCP-XXX1 has officially, been decommissioned!

Acting Site Director Otis would appear in front of the video footage, and Dr. J. Bright would be sitting on the opposing side of him.
Dr. J. Bright: You know what you have done, haven't you?
Acting Site Director Otis: Done what?
Dr. J. Bright: Don't play stupid with me. You contained a harmless SCP, who was beneficial to the Foundation. You HAVE also used robotic parts with Hooper, which remained secret until your Otis Protection Force snapped into reality and told us. We also found Anderson Robotic-issued parts in him.
Acting Site Director Otis: The subject would visibly become angry, and vocalized: You [EXPLEITIVES DELETED]! YOU FOUND OUT! I WILL HAVE YOU, MY PROTECTION FORCE AND EVERYTHING YOU AND YOUR STUPID FOUNDATION LOVE AND LIKE! I WILL TEAR THIS FOUNDATION DOWN, UNTIL YOU- The subject would become visibly panicked all of the sudden, as he knew what he just did. Oh, god no… Please don't do it! DON'T!
Dr. J. Bright: Oh, we were only going to demote you to a Level 0, but now. I might of demoted you to a Class-E, but this is unacceptable. Dr. Otis. You have to be temporarily demoted to Class-E until a full investigation has commenced. He would motion behind him. Guards, take him away.
Dr. Otis would be escorted off-camera, and the log would end.
