Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9174 is to be kept inside Site 27's heavy containment. SCP-9174 will be contained within a password-protected compressed .ZIP file. The computer which holds the file must then be locked with a 32-digit password, which only the 05s have access too. The computer will be kept in a small space surrounded by 5x6 electrified steel bars, inside a11x10x5 room made of reinforced steel. The room itself has a single security camera in which SCP-9174 can view, as well as other 05 members. The door will be protected by a passcode system, and the passcode will be changed every 90 days. The door may not be protected with a keycard scanner.
In case of a containment breach, the power must be shut off IMMEDIATELY. SCP-9174 uses electrical energy as a sort of "fuel source", and when this source is low, SCP-9174's powers seem to be void. SCP-9174 can change into the form of whatever it sees, including the MTF, Foundation personell, and other SCPS. All foundation personell other than 05 members are to be moved to a designated safe area in the event of a containment breach. After the movement is complete, the remaining Foundation personell will be provided a flag to identify each other.
Once the power is deactivated, all Foundation personell must shut off any electronic devices, including cellular devices such as phones. Once SCP-9174 becomes weak, it will be forcefully contained back in it's original location.
Containment operations are considered finished once SCP-9174 is placed back into a compressed and password protected .ZIP folder. Only then may the power be activated.
After containment operations are complete, the keycard scanner located outside SCP-9174's cell must be checked for signs of tampering. If there are signs of tampering, the person responsible for the tampering will be locked up within a designated holding cell until legal action takes place.
Description: SCP-9174 is an organic holorgam which has made claims to being sentient. Whether or not SCP-9174 is sentient has not been confirmed. SCP-9174's main appearence consists of a little girl of roughly five years, pink eyes, blue hair, and fair skin. Despite her looks, she is completely and utterly immortal, but can still feel pain. SCP-9174 has the ability to shapeshift into anything it sees, including Foundation personell and other SCPs. When interrogated, she appears to have a depressed voice, and often times shows signs of stress, and even suicidal feelings. SCP-9174 feeds off the power of electricity, and can alter anything that has electrical properties, including servers, computers, doors, and phones.
