Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6701 is to be contained within a 3mx3mx3m containment chamber. Surveillance equipment is to be installed within the cell and to be monitored at all times. No windows or openings in the walls are permitted under any circumstances. There are two six inch thick steel reinforced doors connecting to the containment chamber. SCP-6701 is to be contained at Site-███ for further studies. Former Site-███ was destroyed during the ████████ and SCP-6701 inhabited Site-███ until MTF-Sigma-7 "Curtain Call" was able to re-establish a secure perimeter after SCP-6701 ████████████████████████. Former Site-███ has been turned into SCP-6701's own site where foundation personnel are instructed to only monitor SCP-6701. MTF-Sigma-7 is to be stationed at Site-███ for future breaches from SCP-6701. In case of a breach, all researchers are to relocate to the evacuation bunker and wait for MTF-Sigma-7 to recontain SCP-6701. It has been noted that SCP-6701 can be harmed by electricity exceeding 100,000 volts. If containment is not possible, MTF-Sigma-7 Commander █████ is permitted to launch the on-site warhead and terminate SCP-6701. SCP-6701 instances have been noted using items found on possessed victim, such as key cards and weapons.
MTF-Sigma-7 Training and Tactics: Mobile Task Force Sigma-7 "Curtain Call" has been informed and properly trained in all methods of detecting and containing SCP-6701 instances. MTF-Sigma-7 squads have been ordered to travel in squads no fewer than five to maintain safety and inform other squads of their position. All MTF-Sigma-7 personnel are to be armed with a taser shotgun with 150,000 volts and a spear tipped with an electrical charge. It has been noted that standard issue firearms cause significantly less damage to SCP-6701, Lead Researcher Dr. ███████ has replaced standard MTF weapons with electrical weapons. A taser is issued as a side arm of the taser shotgun with 70,000 volts to momentarily stun SCP-6701. After Incident-6701-B, all MTF-Sigma-7 members have been trained to detect SCP-6701 when SCP-6701 is inside of another entity. MTF-Sigma-7 members are trained to focus on eyes, ribs, appendages, speech, recollection of past experiences, and walking of suspected SCP-6701. Typical SCP-6701 instances lack complete control of victims. Noted discrepancies are:
- Eyes rolling around in eye sockets.
- SCP-6701's appendages poking against ribs pushing skin around the torso.
- Shuffling/limping depending on integrity of possessed organism.
- Contain basic memory of victim.
- Appendages of victim move in unnatural ways. Such as twisting against the elbow, wrists twisting 360 degrees.
- Speech is slurred and sounds different from the hosts' original accent. Voice sounds metallic and rough.
MTF-Sigma-7 Personnel are designated to terminate all instances of SCP-6701 controlling another organism, despite of their previous relationship.
Description: SCP-6701 is a collection of biomass comprised of muscle tissue to form the shape of several appendages in it's natural form, almost all instances of SCP-6701 have a dark red hue, similar to the color of human muscle tissue. SCP-6701 has many mouths on it's exterior, with multiple rows of serrated teeth, that it uses to eat and ingest it's prey. SCP-6701 has also shown extreme intelligence and problem solving capabilities, similar to Cephalopoda. SCP-6701 has used it's intellect to launch multiple escape attempts. SCP-6701 has shown extreme aggravation towards all living things that it comes into contact with. During Incident-6701-B, SCP-6701 demonstrated it's ability to take control of another organism, usually entering the body through any orifices present on the outside of the body. SCP-6701 has several eyes on it's body, allowing it to have 360 degree vision. SCP-6701 has been seen moving at upwards of 45 km/h. SCP-6701 uses spare appendages to cling to surfaces, such as walls or ceilings to quickly move around.
Discovery: SCP-6701 was discovered after SCP-5194 was emitting a radio wave that was caught on foundation surveillance equipment. MTF-Sigma-7 "Curtain Call" was dispatched to investigate the area. MTF-Sigma-7 Commander █████ was on site as the initial encounter with SCP-6701 occured. Commander █████ described SCP-6701 as "The perfect killing machine" as SCP-6701 eliminated 87% of Mobile Task Force Sigma-7. Commander █████ was able to contain SCP-6701 by trapping it in an intact containment chamber and calling for reinforcements. Site-███ was then converted into SCP-6701's research site. Since SCP-6701's containment, Mobile Task Force Sigma-7 has been tasked with monitoring SCP-6701 and preventing further breaches.
Incident Report 6701-A: During Addendum-6701-A, SCP-6701 breaches containment through the first bulkhead door leading to the rest of Site-███. This resulted in the death of two researchers, Doctor ███████ and Junior Researcher ██████. Mobile Task Force Commander █████ or Alpha-1-1 was stationed at the chamber as the breach occurred. Alpha-1-1, Alpha-2-1, and Alpha-2-2 contained the second bulkhead by locking Researchers inside the chamber as the first door was compromised. SCP-6701 severely damaged the first bulkhead leading to extensive repairs being required.
Incident Report 6701-B: SCP-6701 was dormant in it's chamber until it suddenly lashed out at the camera installed in the chamber, completely destroying it. Lead Researcher ████████████, Junior Researcher ██████, Bravo-2-4, and Bravo-2-5 went to secure the containment chamber. Bravo-2-4 went ahead of the researchers and Bravo-2-5 to run point on the containment chamber.
Aftermath Report of Incident-6701-B from newly appointed Lead Researcher █████: Bravo-2-2 entered the entrance to the containment hallway to find SCP-6701 standing outside of it's containment chamber. Bravo-2-2 quickly moved to close the third bulkhead door. In a last hope to secure SCP-6701, Bravo-2-5 sealed bulkhead and administered VX Nerve Agent into the Containment hallway to decontaminate Sector-AD-4.

Due to SCP-6701's unique abilities and intelligence have caused extreme interest from O5-█, which have led to an extensive amount of tests and logs about SCP-6701.
Item: A Mouse
Proportion Capability Test Results:
SCP-6701 was given a live mouse. During the test SCP-6701 grabbed Doctor ███████ while she was inserting the mouse into the chamber and grabbed her Level 4 keycard, opening the first containment door. Alpha-1-1 was able to lock the door in time so SCP-6701 was unable to access the panel. Since Incident-6701-A a biometric scan is required to open the first and second containment doors.

Item: An Asian Elephant
Proportion Capability Test Results:
SCP-6701 was given an Asian Elephant to further explore SCP-6701's unusual ability to control other organisms. SCP-6701 quickly attacked the elephant, killing it within the span of three seconds by forcing the appendages into the orifices in the face and tearing the head apart from the inside out.

D-6701-1 and D-6701-2 were transported into SCP-6701's containment chamber. SCP-6701 quickly killed D-6701-2 by forcing it's appendages into the orifices in the face and tearing it apart from the inside out. SCP-6701 then crawled inside of D-6701-1 and attempted to convince stationed guards to release it. Lead Researcher █████ concluded the test and used VX Nerve Agents to force SCP-6701 out of the corpse. Three hours and ten minutes later SCP-6701 ate both corpses.

Item: A Whale [REQUEST DENIED]
Incident Report 6701-C: During a normal routine clean of SCP-6701's cell, SCP-6701 was locked on the farthest side from the door and away from the janitorial team. D-4509 was mopping up the blood as a result from the Proportions Capability Tests and SCP-6701 lashed out, striking a hole through the six inch thick reinforced containment cube. Stationed guards Charlie-1-2, Charlie-1-4 and Charlie-1-5 rushed into the cell to recontain SCP-6701 and help the janitors escape the containment chamber. SCP-6701 grabbed Charlie-1-4 and threw her against the wall, snapping her neck. Charlie-1-2 used her taser pistol to monentarily stun SCP-6701. Charlie-1-2 and Charlie-1-5 took this opportunity to help the D-class personnel evacuate from the chamber. Charlie-1-2 then sealed the containment chamber and sealed the second bulkhead after all personnel had safely escaped. SCP-6701 then possessed Charlie-1-4 and utilized the biometric scan to unlock the bulkhead doors. SCP-6701 burst through the second bulkhead, crushing Charlie-1-2. Charlie-1-5 pressed the alarm button and sealed the remaining D-class and himself in the Containment Hallway. He told the approaching Charlie-2 that electric weapons were extremely effective against SCP-6701. SCP-6701 used Charlie-1-4's P90 rifle to terminate Charlie-1-5 and three D-class personnel who were attempting an escape at the other end of the hallway. Charlie-2-1 gathered her squad and unlocked the final bulkhead. All of Charlie-2 utilized the standard issue taser pistols to subdue SCP-6701 and forced it to retreat back to it's cell after forcing itself out of Charlie-1-4. Charlie-2-1 then sealed the containment chamber doors and used the override command so the doors could not be unlocked using the biometric scan.
Note from Lead Researcher █████: During the latest containment breach, MTF-Sigma-7 discovered that SCP-6701 is weak against high outputs of electricity. This new method of containment will decrease casualties significantly. During the next routine cleanup of SCP-6701's cell, it is a necessity that it's containment cube is much more durable to prevent another breach. We also must keep the containment chamber doors locked at all times. The only personnel that will have access to overriding the lock will be Alpha-1-1, stationed guards, Bravo-1-1, Charlie-2-1, and myself. SCP-6701 has learned how to utilize our own methods of containment against us and we must keep adapting and staying one step ahead of that thing.
Incident Report 6701-D: Normal routine surveilance of SCP-6701 was being monitored by Charlie-2-2, Charlie-2-3, and Charlie-2-4. Charlie-2-1 and Charlie-2-5 were stationed at the end of the hallway, guarding the entrance the the Containment Hallway. Junior Researcher ██ was monitoring SCP-6701 and heard their deceased friend, Junior Researcher ██████ who was terminated during Incident-6701-B. Junior Researcher ██ ordered the immediate opening of the containment chamber doors. Charlie-2-2 refused ██'s request and Researcher ██ threatened all of Charlie-2 with termination. Charlie-2-2 stepped out of the security office and headed towards Charlie-2-1 to report what Junior Researcher ██ had stated. Charlie-2-3 and Charlie-2-4 watched Charlie-2-2 from the door of the security office. Junior Researcher took this opportunity to unlock the override from the console on the desk and head towards the containment doors. Junior Researcher ██ unlocked both containment doors and ran into the containment chamber. Junior Researcher ██ was eaten alive by SCP-6701. Charlie-2-1 yelled in her radio for Charlie-2-2 and Charlie-2-3 to close the doors before SCP-6701 escaped. Charlie-2-4 and Charlie-2-3 ran out of the room and were thrown to the ground as SCP-6701 terminated both of them. Charlie-2-1 ordered all remaining members of Charlie-2 to open fire on SCP-6701 with their taser pistols, but SCP-6701 was too maneuverable for most of the shots to connect with SCP-6701. SCP-6701 then tore the head of Charlie-2-5 and threw the corpse against Charlie-2-1. SCP-6701 then possessed Charlie-2-1, Charlie-2-5, and Charlie-2-2 using individual appendages to control multiple subjects. SCP-6701 utilized their rifles to eliminate remaining members of foundation staff remaning in the hallway. SCP-6701 then possessed Charlie-2-4 and Charlie-2-3 and used them to aid in it's escape. Researcher ████████ pressed the alarm button and Alpha-1-1 and Bravo-1-1 were called to recontain SCP-6701.
