Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4092 is to be kept in a small soundproof containment chamber with no light source. No one should come in physical contact with SCP-4092.
During feeding 2 or 3 D-Class shall enter the containment chamber. The D-Class will only enter after SCP-4092 has been screeching for 30 minutes. 4 guards are to be monitoring the cell at all times.
Description: SCP-4092 is a humanoid being. SCP-4092 is 10 feet tall and very thin. It is covered in thick dark hair.
Its only facial features visible are a nose and a small hole where the mouth should be. SCP-4092 was found in David ███████'s home.
2 days after David and his family had gone missing, SCP-4092 was found inside of the attic devouring the rotting remains of his family.
SCP-4092 has apparently killed over 56 people in the greater ████ area. SCP-4092's origin is as of now unknown. SCP-4092 for 10 hours a day will screech at the top of its lungs.
Creatures who are exposed to SCP-4092's screeching for 10 minutes will be temporarily deaf, exposure for 30 minutes will make you deaf, and exposure for one hour will make your organs shut down.
Addendum: At Site-16 at 12:39 AM ████-██- ██ Eastern Time SCP-4119 created a breach in the facility. SCP-4119 Destroyed the West Branch of Site-16 neutralizing 5 SCP's including
SCP-4092. 34 Site Personnel were either considered missing or dead. Site-16 was then evacuated, and was put out of commission. Then at 3:56 AM ████-██- ██ C.I entered the facility. Any D-Class
left were evacuated with the C.I, with SCP's. Any Site Personnel left in the facility were murdered or interrogated.

<End Log, 12:38 AM>Closing Statement: Camera footage reports that right after the audio cut off the personnel in the interview were clawed and eaten by SCP-4092.
