Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to have a large containment cell with ample open space, containing a standard twin sized bed, a small desk, and at least five elevated platforms. Sheets and the like are to be changed and washed at least once every week. SCP-XXXX is allowed to leave the cell and explore the facility, provided they notify a guard first. it is allowed access to all parts of the facility that a first level guard is provided access to, except for the Barracks, Mess hall, and armory. SCP-XXXX is allowed to fly outside once every two weeks, provided it stay within 50 meters of the facility.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a human female, around 12-13 years old. SCP-XXXX has bird-like wings on it's back, attached to a second set of bones connected to the shoulder. It's wingspan is approximately ten feet, It is 5'2" tall, and is Caucasian. It's wings appear to be an Enlarged version of the Aquila chrysaetos. It's wings are a light brown color, with white highlights. It's biology is slightly different than a typical human's. It has air sacs just below the lungs, presumably to help it breath while at high altitudes. It's bones are hollow, much like a bird's. It's red blood cells have nuclei, unlike standard humans.
Addendum XXXX-1:
Addendum XXXX-2: SCP-XXXX was discovered by Agent ███ in ██████, Russia. It was seen flying over the city, and landing in an alleyway next to a restaurant. It was captured while dumpster diving for food. It repeated the phrase "I need to run" and "they'll capture me". It put up quite a fight, knocking out one of the personnel agent ███ had with them. After being calmed down and explained to what was happening, SCP-XXXX became docile.
Addendum XXXX-3: Further experiments tested how fast and for how long SCP-XXXX could fly. It was recorded to sustain a speed of approximately 125 knots for the duration of 20 minutes, before requesting to take a break. SCP-XXXX was discovered to have enhanced eyesight, about 6 times better than an average human's.
