Special Containment Procedures: Be aware that SCP-xxx is only labeled as safe for containment measures. SCP-xxx and any manifestations of it are to be contained at the center of compressed concrete of 125 cubic meters with at least 7250 Psi. Once every three months, a group of class D personnel should check SCP-xxxs containment cell and search the perimeter of the cube for cracks and rifts in the concrete. All personnel are required to have the following PPE whilst handling SCP-xxx, one (1) high-grade ear muffs, a full-body suit colored neon orange (so as to see where they are at all times), and a specially modified jaw guard to prevent smiling.

If a crack in the concrete is discerned protocol SCP-xxx/44e/GH should be initiated.
Protocol SCP-xxx/44e/GH consists of three steps. The immediate evacuation of the personnel within SCP-xxxs chamber, the dispersal of earplugs, and the release of concrete from the taps built into its chamber.

Containment and investigation are underway for all unknown instances of SCP-xxx¹.

Description: SCP-xxx is a manifestation appearing but not limited to pots, pans, cooking trays, and colanders. Personelle should avoid destroying or damaging SCP-xxx at all costs. When a part of SCP-xxx is broken or destroyed the person responsible for it begins to feel adverse effects that can be described as being cooked. Later autopsy reveals that all their internal organs have been removed and the interior of their skin is charred black despite no visible change in the person’s appearance. It is still unknown if SCP-xxx/x is behind these factors and if they are why they collect human organs. Once one of the listed items is manifested as SCP-xxx it exhibits a noise similar to that of a theremin when a human subject is within 2 meters of it. There are no anomalous properties of how the sound itself propagates as it can be stopped with typical sound dilution equipment. When a subject registers the sound they begin to experience auditory and visual hallucinations whilst still hearing the theremin.

Reported hallucinations range from are a screaming melting face, a large number of what has been confirmed to be cockroaches attempting to enclose the person undergoing the hallucination, and a bipedal entity crying in the corner whimpering “smile. please, smile” (smiling is strongly advised against for all three hallucinations²) and pots/cooking ware piling up around. All patients have reported extreme unease and fear whilst experiencing the hallucination. The effects of these hallucinations range from (what they described as) a drifting from reality³ to minor PTSD, whilst the large majority of test subjects have only come back with mental impairments, mandatory physiatric evaluations revealed three subjects sustained schizophrenia, insomnia, and after a week large and sudden severe lacerations over there eyes, ears, and hands.

Ensuing this interview enhanced methods of interrogation were applied to D636742 for compliance but they succeeded to no avail.

Foreword: Following the incident of D3543, D64534 was assigned with a microphone and camera integrated into his suit to try multiple facial expressions. None were successful in initiating teleportation except the smile.

[D64534 begins to seize up as hallucinations begin. Audio begins

D64534: It sure as hell seems like it is.
D64534 manages a meager smile and disappears.

D64534:[EPLETIVE REMOVED] is it loud in here.

Over the microphone, mission control can hear the same noise SCP-xxx makes when active but it has no effect on them.

MC: D64534, describe your landscape.

D64534: I dunno it’s really dark and loud.

MC: yes we can see that, anything abnormal?

D64534: Pretty [EXPLETIVE REMOVED] stupid question if you ask me.

MC: Please answer.

D64534: Uhhhh, yeah I think I might see some light in the distance.

MC: Walk towards it, please.

D64534: Why?

MC: You do realize if you don’t comply we are not going to get you back.

D64534: [EXPLETIVE REMOVED]

D64534 begins to walk towards what looks to be light

MC: D64534 is the-

D64534 Screams and then after a couple of seconds begins to whisper into the microphone.

D64534: It moves when I make noise.

His voice is notable shaky and indeed through the camera, it is noticed that the anomaly has moved closer it can now be depicted as a levitating smile this is documented as SCP-xxx/x.
There is total radio silence for 3 minutes and 56 seconds as Mission Control attempt to get D64534 out.

A clattering sound begins growing in intensity (It was later determined that this was metal cooking ware) on D64534’s microphone.

D64534 screams and runs as the SCP-xxx/x began to chase him it was about 250 meters away.

MC: D64534, listen to me! Use your handgun discharge it (Before the exploration D64534 was assigned a handgun with twelve rubber bullets.).

D64534 turns around and discharges 4 shots on the smile, this has no effect, only speeding its pursuit.

D64534: [EXPLETIVE REMOVED] HELP ME YOU BASTARDS.

There is a scuffle as D64534 tumble and trips on himself.

D64534 attempts to get up but the SCP-xxx/x has reached him looking down at the camera directly
into the video feed
SCP-xxx/x: Why don’t you smile some more.

All members of Mission Control Exploration 80tg are silent.

Three of the personnel in Mission control begin to scream in pain and what looks to be bleeding from the mouth. Later autopsy reveals their teeth had been wedged into their brain.
Footage shows the rest of the team hesitantly smiling.

SCP-xxx/x: That’s more like it.

Exploration Log: SCP-xxx/81tg

Foreword: Following the previous confrontation efforts have been taken to prevent a repeat. D657380 has been assigned to the task of exploration without any live communication. The following equipment was given to her, one handgun with 10 rubber bullets, 7 protein bars, 4 liters of water, and one bulletproof vest. There was no intention of retrieval.
Below is a description of what D657380 saw and heard.

Nothing can be heard over the audio.

D657380 turns on her flashlight and shines it around revealing that the void we thought he was in was rather a mixture of purple and yellow on what is assumed to be ground.

The camera feed moves down as D657380 squats to get a closer look.
There is a jerk in the recording as D657380 jumps back.

The recording reveals that they are indeed facing, not with any depth but as if they were part of the floor.

The faces are animate and are responsible for the noise.

A loud thunderclap resonates within the void we presume this is the arrival of SCP-xxx/x.

Unlike the previous behavior, SCP-xxx/x has demonstrated it moved to its own accord.

D657380’s screams can be heard over the wailing.

SCP-xxx/x: The fabrication within the truth.

SCP-xxx/x can be seen approaching D657380 at this time she had given up on escape.

SCP-xxx/x: I, am, Dolos.

SCP-xxx/x can clearly be seen smiling into the camera feed.

The video cuts out but the microphone can be heard recording ragged for another 3 days before what is presumed to be D657380 speaking “Will is that you?”. A reply can be heard "Is it?"

Will was D64534s birthname, An examination is ongoing to see if there is any correlation between Will and D64534.]

It is under analyzation for links between SCP-xxx and the greek God Dolos.
